Ever Ready First Aid Self Adherent Cohesive Bandages 3" x 5 Yards - 12 Count, Tan

Every so often we humans find ourselves in need of repetitive medical treatment which we can handle ourselves, and it's wonderful to have products such as this available at a reasonable cost. I cannot tell any difference in quality between this product and those that cost 3 times as much. The 3" width is ideal for wrapping around feet and lower legs, and the adherent quality is exceptionally good. I have never, not even once, had this bandage come loose from itself and unwind. Also, it is thick enough to withstand the migration of dressings through it, keeping clothing cleaner. All in all, a great product at a reasonable cost.

Bought this because I created another ulcer for myself as bandage pulled the skin off. I need to change dressing daily so this tape works great. I wasn’t sure of the sticking ability at first so I taped the end with a microspore paper tape but turned out that was overkill for my use. If you are very active you still might want to tape the end down to be sure. I needed this in a hurry since I ripped my skin on my calf with bandages and surgical tapes, so I purchased Walgreens store brand at 2.5x the price and quality wasn’t as good. Description says you can tear this tape, good luck I have to cut it each.

Sticks well to itself without being *too* sticky. I can get a sock on over it without much trouble. Downside: product smells really weird and unpleasant. I’m glad it’s on mg foot where I can’t smell it.

I use these to wrap my wrists before stepping on the tennis court. They don't completely prevent ulnar wrist pain, but they help. I like several things about these particular bandages: Because they stretch, you can vary how tight or loose you want them. It protects the wrist without completely immobilizing it. The wrap sticks well to itself; I have scarcely ever had it come undone, and yet it also peels off easily without leaving residue or grabbing at the hair.

I think that compared to 3M it is just as good if not better. I have had a bit of a reaction from the other product, itching on my skin, I have not experienced that with Ever ready. I have had an issue with adhesion a few times, I think you have to be careful not to let any cream or or med get on it that may be why it didn’t stick. It also doesn’t stretch like the 3M, but that turned out to be a good thing because when you stretch the product it does not adhere. Every is a far better value.

When your allergies to latex and adhesive, you need something. Not as soft as latex but it won’t give me a bad reaction.

This wrap works well if not being used on a foot wound. It doesn't stay in place on that area well, but excellent price for a 12 pk. The adhesion is great for other areas, especially hands or fingers.
