I use these to give medicine and formula to feral cats and kittens. They are perfect, and I've used them for giving meds to my dogs, too.

I bought these to use when medicating my cat, who has been on antibiotics for 7 months. His vet had given me two syringes...and balked when, a few weeks later, I asked then to sell me a new one. (These last for multiple uses, but are not intended to, start getting a bit stiff, and are usually labeled "single use").I found a new vet (syringes were not the only problem, by any means), and found these at a good price with fast shipping.What's good:-they are inexpensive enough to genuinely be single use-they rinse out well enough to use a few days (2X day, water-based meds)-the suction is just right (plung it once before attempting to draw up fluid at the first use, as the suction is THAT good-good price for a LOT of syringes-fast shipping (I have Prime, so that probably helps)What is not good:-Not an issue for me, but they do not come with a cover for the tip (who can wrangle a cat, hold him steady while removing the tip cover from a syringe, anyway? Not me! I do not prepare ahead of time, anyway, but if you do, the lack of a tip cover may prove problematic)

There isn’t much to say about syringes. I bought these to fill my insulin pump cartridges. My only complaint is that you have to be careful when removIng the cap from the needle. You can’t just pull it off, because the needle will come off of the syringe. You need to hold the plastic base of the needle at the syringe and then pull off the cap. But that is just the nature of the Luer slip style.

Great, exactly as expected. Having these disposable syringes are so convenient.

I know, I know I should just get reusable ones to help our environment but they cost more and break often. Having to give my fur baby her liquid cough medication 3 x’s a day was challenging at 1st, she hates it. These syringes have helped so much to make it quick and easy. It doesn’t get clogged or stuck which helps a lot while my dog is trying to avoid it, turning her head. We used to end up with half the meds on her face not in her mouth when the old ones weren’t gliding smoothly. These avoid all of that. And I love having the caps so I can fill some in advance for when my mom is watching her for me. Asking someone to give a dog liquid meds 3x’s a day along w/others, supplements and home cooked dinner is a lot to ask of someone. My mom doesn’t mind. She loves having and spoiling her. But I know she has a hard time filling the syringes. Having the caps makes me feel a little better that she doesn’t have to worry about accurate dosing while I’m away and makes it easier for everyone. Would recommend and I’ll continue to repurchase as long as I need them!
