A perfectly serviceable sconce for a transitional home
I've installed several of these units. They are a good value for the handy homeowner. Combined with a chandelier shade and a modern led chandelier lamp they offer an attractive illumination option.

JUNK
These are real junk. Unfortunately I bought them for a new build and by the time they got around to installation my return window was exhausted. They DO NOT fit over a standard electrical box per the electrician. They are flimsy and cheap looking. I do not recommend them.

OK, I'll give you just one issue with this product. The mounting plate doesnt match a standard mounting plate and does not fit a plastic old work box.

4 stars because the holes in the mounting bracket did not quite line up with the holes in the sconce, so you can see the holes underneath the ball-shaped nuts that sink the sconce to the bracket. I purchased a matching rotary switch on Amazon "Gardner Bender GSW-61 Electrical Rotary Switch, SPST, ON-OFF, 6 A/125V AC, 6 inch Wire Terminal" and drilled a hole under the armature so that I can switch the light on and off.

Chintzy and Cheap Looking
These sconces are chintzy and cheap looking. We returned them immediately for a full refund. If you buy this product you will see what I mean.

Not a good fit for us.
We were looking for quality. Two were ordered, only one came. We canceled the second one after we received the first one. You get what you pay for. This is not quality in any way.
