Good quality picture but menus and controls are rather questionable. There is also a 10sec gap between each segment of video (I do have a class 10 microSD card btw), so hopefully if there was something you wanted captured in video, it didn't happen during that gap between videos.EDIT: lowering to 2 stars, there are some definite usability issues like if I set the 'Motion Detection' On, then it just doesn't do regular recording while driving anymore, it just turns on and off periodically when it detects movement with big gaps between videos while I would expect it to do normal recording while driving and try to detect motion when the car is parked.Also, at night, it doesn't record anything that is usable in any way.

I purchased this camera September 14, 2016. This is actually my second dash cam -- the first one being cheaper and lesser quality, decided to stop reading the SD card after a couple years. So far this one is working great for me. Good price for the quality, easy to use, big screen, and zoom capabilities. As for the night vision, I've only looked at the footage once during darkness, and it was slightly better than I've experienced before. One thing I don't like about this dash cam is the way the camera attaches to the suction cup. It has to be attached like a screw, compared to my old one that sort of clipped on and could be removed more easily. Instead I take the suction off the window with the camera still attached. I included a photo to show the clarity of the picture.

Just got and and I haven't even installed it in my car before finding instances of false advertising. For instance; There is no night vision. There's a crappy LED light that comes on that doesn't even light things up more than a few feet away (and is half blocked by the lens facade). You can also tell that it's not night vision, since it's showing color (night vision only shows one color, since it's usually using infrared and can't differentiate between R/G/B).Leaving as one-star until I try it out and find some redeeming qualities. I ordered two of these (one $60, one $45 due to a flash sale of some kind). If they don't measure up, I'll be returning them. Shame too, since I was really excited about these.

A great item. It works great.I am using a 64gig sc which gives me just over ten hours of record time.The inferred is not correct on this dash can. As in there is no inferred. It just has a white led that comes on if you put it into night mode.Also night time recording, it only records what is lit. All light have a flare.Otherwise I love it and will probably buy another for the rear.

This dashboard camera has been awesome so far and the mount sticks really well without having any worries of the mount falling off. So far I am satisfied with my purchase and the camera is as good as you'd expect from a dashboard camera.

Returned it before I even tried to use it. Instructions were impossible to read. Not user friendly without instructions.

Nice camera, does exactly what is advertised for. I have been using it continously and performance is solid .

Would not sync with my computer and windows10. No problem in returning and obtaining a refund.
