Does exactly what it was supposed to
I love functionality this docking station brought us. It has no issues connecting to peripherals and it detects external monitor and network perfectly. It works nicely with 2 different laptop models (Dell and Lenovo). Sometimes we have some minor screen artifacts when Lenovo is booted while plugged in, but unplugging and plugging it back solves the problem and it does not re-appear until next restart. Power delivery is on the spot, although my Dell pulls only 65W, so we're not using it to the full capacity. USB 3.0 is added plusUpdate after long usage: product still works great with Dell laptops. To my positive surprise it works well with Samsung Dex function on the tablet. Had some issues with one HP laptop where it didn't want to charge it, but display, LAN and USB hub worked well.

Wicked little magic box
I work from a Dell XPS 13 as my main computer, while I'm at home I want it plugged into my Ultrashap 27" screen, along with my speakers, USB drives, Ethernet, keyboard and mouse. This does it all from that one little USB-C plug. Including charging the laptop. Perfect. When I want to get up and go I just unplug and walk away. It's also quite small so fits snuggly under my laptop stand.Only been using it around about a month but so far so good.

Easy to use
Came quickly. Very easy to use. Just plug in and play. I use to plug in my monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse for my Dell XPS laptop. It works great. Just make sure you buy the right one for your XPS model. I chatted with Dell before buying this (cheaper) on Amazon as apparently there are different voltage needs for different laptops. I now have just one cable to take in and out when I move my laptop from my desk which is easy.

Problemens with compatibility with Dell XP, does not work as it should!
There seems to be a problem with Dell XP 13 fand this Dock. When you start the pc, it switches off automatically. The on/of button does not work. Dell claims that they are aware of the problem and are working to fix it, but seeing that I bought this Dock here, and the laptop directly at Dell, there seems to be no solution for me.. I would certainly not recommend this...

Fantastic (albeit pricey) product for my Dell XPS 13
Fantastic (albeit pricey) product for my Dell XPS 13. The combo of line out, headphones/mic, USB, HDMI, VGA, ethernet, and mini display port meant I can finally connect the Dell XPS my external Apple LED Display. Given the mess of USB-C devices and extensions out there, having a docking station is great.
