if I could do a 0 I would. item arrived and I was excited..noticed one row had no nubs..I looked closer and it was on backwards..so I pulled the silver row off and put nub side out and clicked in thinking this would work. no I tried to roll and it popped off. upon closer look there are 4 tabs holding each silver row of nubs to the roller. 2 tabs were broken off. the row was turned over apparently so I wouldn't notice and put in the package. this was done by someone else, wonder if this was a return, or if it was done at the factory. so disappointed
