the two buit-in USB3.0 connectors in the Mac mini rack mounts are rated for 3.2 gen.1 5Gb/s

Q: I imagine the rack comes with all the cables and connectors for front patch?

The Rack mount will be sold standard with the 2 USB and cable. So the 8 hole I/0 is empty as mentioned on the product page : WHAT COMES WITH THE STANDARD DELIVERY? A special power buttons is fitted as standard in the front panel. This allows you to switch the Mac mini on and off from the front panel. Two USB-A front connectors including cable are also included as standard, so it's just a matter of connecting the USB cable in the back of the Mac mini(s) and you have 2x USB3 in the front. If you want to place more connectors, a 8-slots I/O panel for 8 extra connectors is also included. The is also a list with the extra optional cables.
