Quick and easy set up!
Love love love this fence. Wild hair bought two goats for my son did not have anything set up for them to eat grass and run around - ordered fence delivered in a couple days had it set up and done in 30 minutesMy buckling 3 week old did have to be monitored closely the first day because he got shocked ran through it one time and got shocked twice more but third time was a charm he doesn’t go near it now have had a couple weeks now and put my mini donkeys in it too works perfect!! Wish I would have bought this fence earlier for the donkeys alone to roam the yard!

Great Fence For Young Goats
I bought three doelings this summer, and trained them to this fencing so I could move them around for browsing and grazing on our hillside. Each of them tried out the fence and promptly learned to respect it as their boundary. I really like the double pronged poles; they are easy to step into place in the ground. I would like the fencing even better if the spikes were spaced a little closer together to keep the top from sagging. I found a quick fix, however. I simply added some fiberglass support poles where needed. It kept a charge during our first snow of the season, which was about 6 inches. I will keep it up and use it as long as possible, but do not anticipate using it all winter long once the snow is higher. It works well on slopes if you use tent pegs or similar to hold the lower line to the ground contours. The doelings were tempted to go under the gaps until I secured the lower line. I love the ease of use for rotational paddocks, and would recommend it to a friend!

Does what it's supposed to do.
The fence works great, but it sags easily even though I bought the extra poles for support. It needs to be stretched as tight as possible and works the best if the land is perfectly flat. I used it with my 3 goats and once they got shocked, it worked. Only problem I had was when the solar charger got low, one goat figured out that he could hold the fence down and let everyone out.

Excellent product
This fencing is great. I usually use a hot wire for my goats and pigs but wanted to expand. This fencing is so easy to set up and attach to an existing hot wire. Works perfectly.

Escaping Kids
Some of my baby goats learned to get a running start and run through the fence panels. (The tester reads 3000.) When they realize mom didn't follow they run right back in. Definitely fun to watch the hens casually go in and out of the fence safely. It sags in several places and no matter what we do we can't prevent it. I was so excited to get this but now I find myself disappointed 😞

Held up well to goat inspection!
I put this up for the first time to decide how I wanted to position it. Before I could get a fencer on it the goats were inspecting it. Not a good idea because some of them got tangled in it. They did learn to stay away from it though. My recommendation is to get everything set up & be there when they inspect it so you can turn it off if/ when they get caught in it. The ones that did will not approach it again. In all the tangled mess the fence held up & I am pleased with it now that we are all a little more familiar with it.

Great product!
Works great for our two goats. One goat is 3 years old and one is four months old. Both are wethered goats. They both enjoy having their freedom in the fence. They learned fairly quickly. We have it hooked to .3 joules system. Easy set up for the fence part with two people. We used tent stakes on the strings in the corners . Husband is an electrician so he hooked up the electrical and grounding pole. Had it all set up in about an hour and a half. Moving the fence to a different grazing spot took about 25 minutes. We've only moved it once so far so hoping to get quicker each time. We are happy with this product. We had them on cable and stakes previously so this saves a lot of time each day!

order two sections if fencing around trees or brush.
Fence is nice. Our goats still get out. It would be nice if they included better instructions or parts to make the strands alternate from ground to hot. where we put this along our rock walls its not flat field like the picture. I just ordered another section. unless you are fencing off a section of field. its pretty difficult to plan your route to end up where you started. which is important. I would suggest just ordering two sections at a minimum right out the gate. You will be happier.
