it works, but it is so inconsistent
for every 5 times i take this, only one time will it be working... and i really can't pin it on why it don't work on those other times... oh well....

My trusted and favorite sleeping aid
My quality of life has increased since starting to take these sleep gels. I’ve pretty much got it down to a science and I know exactly how many pills will enable me to sleep per hours and I take as needed. They also work very quickly and will make you go to sleep in 20 minutes. I will say that one sleeping pill will enable you to sleep for two hours and then taking two will enable you to sleep for three or four hours. Just my research and test. I’m 30.
