Very useful device and working without issues.
The product I received showed in ppm. max limit is 99 ppm. I initially doubted this product accuracy. It always showed 99 ppm. But it is actually correct. I was in deep ketosis. Blood meter showed 5-7. Then I tested with another person with another person who is not on keto. It showed 16. Then I had some cheating day with carb intake and this device showed various values when fat burning lowered gradually from 99 to 80,70,60,50, 40,30,25. They all correlated with Blood meter readings. 6,5,3,2.9,2.3,1.7,1.3, .7, .6. And gradually as my fat burning increased next day values went up. Note, I can't vouch for how accurate it is. As breath meters are not extremely accurate. Even blood meters to. That is the nature of home testing and type of testing. As I am a beginner keto diet person, I wanted to get some idea and used all three 3 devices (blood meter -keto mojo, breath meter - this device, and urine test strips). Now I am pretty comfortable how these numbers work. I am planning to use this device daily or frequently and strips occasionally (to see the excess), blood meter - will reduce usage. Note that these three test devices measure different things and indicate different things Breath meter -- acetone levels in your breath -- Indicate kind of fat burning rate Blood meter -- measure BHB -- Amount of ketones in blood available to use. Urine strips -- measure acetoacetate in urine. --- Indicate excess ketones (that are not being used body). So, if your goal is just to see whether you are ketosis or not. Any device will work. But a long-term ketosis person with well adopted to ketones, urine strips may show nothing because no excess ketones. So, for me this device is giving flexibility and convenience to test any time and to check on I am off ketosis. So, full 5 stars.

It worked at first, non functional within 9 months.
Poor quality. Worked fine for 8 months, then it started giving readings of zero first try, accurate reading second try. I changed the battery and it made no differe. Now, 9 months after purchase, it only gives reading of zero. It is completely broken. Very disappointed.

It Seems to be Pretty Accurate!
I think this is a very good value for the money. It does have one quirk, though. It should be "zeroed out" before each use. Simply turn it on and let it cycle without blowing through it. If it doesn't read zero, then try it again until it does. At that point, it's ready to use. I was having an issue where it would read very high a few times, so I clear it out before each use now. I have tried it with other family members to make sure that the results are consistent. With all three of us, it has been. Also, if you've been doing keto for a while, don't try to index the results with urine test strips as they measure a different chemical than the breathalyzer. If fact, the urine test strips are good for a while just at the beginning of your diet. This type of machine is the best way to test.

Surprisingly simple and cheap
I've now had this device for 9 months and it still works like a charm. It does give surprising or counter-intuitive results sometimes but I've learned some interesting patterns around the various factors that can influence my degree of ketosis including intermittent fasting, sleep quality, my exercise, diet, etc. No big surprise, but I tend to be in Ketosis more when I workout hard, go into caloric deficit, and avoid sugars and carbs. Also tend to be more in Ketosis in the afternoons. I recommend this product for anyone trying to monitor and optimize their health

Works very well, except it tops out at 65 ppm
For "normal" use, like on a low-carb diet, this monitor appears to do a great job. It gives plausible and consistent readings. On a pretty clean almost-no-carb diet, I was seeing readings between 14 and 47 ppm, depending on the day. My diabetic wife whose insulin is nearly always elevated consistently reads 0 ppm. So far, so awesome. The problem is that I started an extended water fast three days ago. My BrAce (breath acetone) quickly rose to 51 ppm, then 65, then 65, then 65.... You probably see the issue. This device doesn't seem to be able to measure/display any values above 65 ppm. Fasting BrAce values in adult humans can be expected to occasionally exceed 100 ppm. Children with epilepsy on a low carb diet: over 300 ppm. Diabetics experiencing (dangerous) diabetic ketoacidosis: well over 1000 ppm. If you aren't in any of those "strong ketosis" categories, this device seems fine. Great even. But if you are, this device becomes *mostly* useless. I have been logging my BrAce values for a couple weeks, and was looking forward to seeing what my values would look like deeper into this fast. But now, there's no point even using the device anymore. It would have been nice if the item description made this limitation clear. Good for most people, useless to some.

Find it to be more accurate than I originally thought
Almost returned it as it do not power on but figured out the battery I had was too old. Tried it a few times and find its repeatbility is actually pretty good. I am now convinced it is a piece of device I will keep and use.

Junk listing for junk item
Pros: It works, I put batteries in, and it shows numbers, and it seems to have a higher number when it should. Cons: Units are incorrect for the device I received, it says "ppm". The image on the listing is for mmol/L . It seems like the documentation and reading scale provided is for a different device, likely one that outputs mmol/L. This device has no decimal places, it puts out whole numbers like: 0 1 2 The documentation implies there should be decimal places, shows a picture of a screen showing 0.00 which this doesn't do. It only shows a whole number. Annoying beep that can't be turned off and is unnecessary.
