Kiss My Face Body & Face Mineral SPF 30 Natural Organic Sunscreen, 3.4 Ounce

For years I've used Kiss my Face Sensitive Side 3-in-1 sunscreen, which, it seems, has been discontinued. I decided to try this new formulation. It is difficult to apply to my face and feels oily. I can use it on my arms, but will be in the market for a new sunscreen for my face.

I bought this because this brand’s 3 in 1 product that I love is not available anywhere. It is oily, does not rub into the skin, stays white, and all the sand at the beach sticks to you. I also got either a weird burn in 1 place (although I caked it everywhere), or my sensitive skin had a reaction.

I love the sun protection from this sunscreen but the sunflower oil is way too greasy and the oil usually squeezes out before the lotion, not matter how much I shake it up. It’s also I possible to remove and doesn’t blend in well so Im left with greasy white streaks. I don’t think I would,buy it again.

I used this on my face and it made my eyes really sensitive even though I didn't use it on my eye area. My eyes began to water all the time. So it doesn't seem suitable for the face. Plus it leaves a really uncomfortable oily feeling on your skin until that doesn't go away it's washed off. There are better alternatives out there. They cost a little more, but the SPF is higher and they don't have the problems that I experienced with this. So the slightly higher price is worth it.

I squeezed the tube and all I got was a lot of clear oil, as greasy as cooking oil. In fine print on the back it says, "when used properly, will leave a whitish tint". Well I am already pale and that's why I need a good sunscreen I can wear every day all over and not look like some lifeguard's nose from the 60's.

I bought this because it was a physical and not a chemical sunscreen. I'm sure it would work well, according to the info on the packaging, if you were sunning yourself alone and weren't concerned about how you looked. But since that's never the case for me and I would mainly be wearing it on my face, I thought I should keep looking. Whatever the case, I would buy it from a local store first, and if you like it perhaps reorder from Amazon the next time along with other things you're buying.

I usually love KMF products but this was too thick, too hard to rub in, too greasy. I returned it and will keep using their product Face Factor. I'm sure the Mineral formula works fine as a sunscreen, I just know I wouldn't have used it.

Just like most mineral sunscreens, it turns your skin super white and hard to rub it.. works well though! I will say my tube was filled like half way… probably correct ounces just seems like wasted space.. would still buy again!
