Mauvaise couleur
J'ai commandé le rouge et le gris est arrivé!! Sinon produit de bonne qualité.Mis à part la couleur, je suis très satisfait!!

Small
I used to have one of the Weider ones when I was a kid, I was a lot smaller then . So I don’t really know for sure if this is smaller than the original that I had back in the 80s but I can barely fit it and I am only around 200 pounds. Needless to say, I have only used it a few times because it is so uncomfortable.

Très bon ressenti dans les biceps.
J'ai utilisé ce produit plusieurs fois en fin d'entraînement intensif des biceps et le ressenti est là. Il y a une réel concentration musculaire à cause du blocage.Par contre je conseille d'utiliser des poids haltères plus légers en fonction du niveau d'entraînement.Par exemple, si vous êtes habitué de lever 30 lbs ou 40 lbs par bras , baisser à 15lbs ou 20 lbs. Cela vous évitera des maux aux articulations et à la cage thoracique .
