Is this formula suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, the premium formula is for sensitive skin. But patch test first and begin with a small amount. Do not apply to irritated or freshly shaved skin. Stop use if discomfort occurs.

Where can I use this cream?

Apply it to rough areas such as feet, heels, hands, elbows and knees. Use only on external, intact skin. Avoid the face, eyes, sensitive areas and open, cracked or irritated skin.

How should I apply it for the best experience?

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and massage until absorbed. Start once daily, preferably at night. Adjust use based on your skin's response, and wash your hands after applying.

Can the high-strength formula cause tingling or irritation?

High levels of urea and salicylic acid may cause temporary tingling, especially on sensitive or damaged skin. Patch test first. Reduce use or stop if persistent burning, redness or irritation occurs.

How soon will my skin feel softer?

Results vary with skin condition and consistent use. Some users may notice softer-feeling skin after several applications, while thicker calluses may need more time. Continue regular care and do not overapply.
