Very well packaged and the delivery guys unpacked it and inspected it with us. This is a very nice, free service that Amazon had when we placed the order.. This is a big TV and doing that does 2 things. If its busted the shippers are right there to take it back and it certainly helps with setup. So far it has hooked up quickly with no issues. Picture is great. Has all the apps. No pixelation with a busy scene. 120hz is worth the extra $$. The only thing I dont like so far is the sound control. You can go with the TV speakers or the fiber optic but not both. My Vizio and Sony let me do both. Sometimes I don't want to turn the surround sound on and now it is required or I have to use the TV's speakers. Also, the remote will control the stereo sound sometimes but not always and it won't turn it on automatically when I fire up. Again a little annoying they didn't think of that with all the other crap they built into this thing. Definately nice picture. A little awkward to manuever in the menus and app selections. Pain in the butt to change inputs. There's no input button on the remote. Again seems like they got crazy with capability but not practicality. The remote is solar or u can charge it with your phone charger. We have a relatively dark room and you have to remember to flip it over to the little built in solar panel. Not sure about that one yet....

The TV was delivered sooner than expected. It was packaged well for shipment, and everything was received with it that should have been. When I set up the TV it had a small group of black pixels that were located in the center of the screen. This made it look like there was a fly on everyone’s face. I called Amazon and explained what the issue was. They were very helpful and arranged to have the TV picked up while they ordered a replacement. Great customer service, Amazon!The replacement also came ahead of schedule, and it’s incredible! It was easy to set up, and pair to a sound bar. Adding apps was also quick and easy. I ordered the 55” which is the perfect size for our living room. The picture quality is amazing. The TV has a thin frame (about half an inch wide) so you see almost all picture when watching. Colors are vivid and true to real life. The QLED is a bright picture and it’s almost like being there. The remote control is easy to use, and is solar charged, so no batteries. I would like to point out the problems with this TV, but so far, I can’t name any. If you’re on the fence about this purchase, go for it. You won’t be sorry.

This TV has very good picture quality once you figure out the settings between it and your source. For me, the source is my gaming console. Had to play around a lot of what works well. The bad things about this TV are: the remote and apps. The button placements can sometimes cause you to select the wrong settings and the sources. A lot of times when I place the remote down, it would accidentally choose a TV show that I did not choose at all. In regards to the plethora of apps, I was only able to remove a few, but the rest remains and I can't get rid of them. And in order to go to eh TV settings, I have to scroll all the way to the left to get to it because of all the apps you have to go through to get to the settings.

I very shocked at the picture quality of this. It looks very stunning!Setup was simple as it was just adding on the legs to the TV and then setting it up on the TV stand.As most based TV buyers seeking quality, I immediately went to Youtube and played 4k 60fps videos and I was genuinely impressed with the results. The picture was REALLY good.So the wife and I had a movie night and she wanted to watch Little Mermaid (Live Action) on Disney Plus. Again, Genuinely impressed with the results. Everything looked amazing from start to finish.Super Fortunate I didn't have any dead pixels or cracks with mine.I can 100% recommend this TV.Image attached albeit it doesn't do the screen any justice.

I love this TV. The smart features work great and the apps rock! I especially like that it works with Alexa. I would definitely recommend buying this TV A+++++
