Do I need to buy another set of wheels to play outside?

These wheels are super hard. The harder the wheel (the higher the number rating), the less grip you have. These skate wheels are low quality. I bought Radar wheels to replace them (78a hardness https://www.amazon.com/Radar-Wheels-Donut-Roller-Skate/dp/B075NQ66SM) They give a much better grip on the road/sidewalk. You can also replace the bearings to ABCE 7s for about $20. Better bearings=longer glide. I change my wheels for indoor use. I love the sake itself and both my son and I have them. They've been used for 3 years now.

Looking for the best outdoor skates, wheels, and toe stop barely off of road

The Bullet is designed more for indoor use. But you could buy outdoor wheels to put on them (Aerobic or Motion are both popular) and then use these outdoors. Or you could buy skates that are designed for outdoor use.

Are these very relieable for a 13 year old boy

Yes!!!! I got them for my 13 yr old girl who skates every weekend Friday and Saturday!

Would a size 6 fit my 12YO son?

It is ideal to order one size over the size shoes because is better to wear thick socks

Got these at a deal before investing in good skates

Glad I bought at a discount. These are great and light weight. First ones I bought were boots and to heavy, couldn’t even life my feet. These were perfect. It’s a lot harder than I remember as a kid. It looked so easy on you tube. Impulse buy but I am pleased
