Affordable Quality Sharp Nice
I was surprised by how good the knives are. The reviews are justified—they're the best knives I've ever had (this is the first time I've bought proper knives). The blades are so sharp that I was amazed at how much easier meal prep became. They're also easy to sharpen back to their original edge. I highly recommend them!

The best small knife, dollar for dollar.
I bought a couple of these 7 years ago right after they first came out, (I like to wait to review an item to make sure it holds out over the course of time, maybe a little too long), and I paid $1.42 each. After using them a few times on some rough cuts, I honed them and they stayed just as sharp as I received them. So I ordered me a couple more (for the same price) not knowing how long they were going to last. Well, 7 years later the last two I bought still sit in their packaging in my storage room, because the first ones I purchased remain just as sharp as when I started using them. I use them everyday, and they take well to the knife sharpener, and honing. I even like them a bit better then my Wusthof 4-Inch utility knife because it’s small enough for delicate trimming, and with my big hands, that’s saying something. Lastly, even though the price is a bit more than when I ordered mine, (which was almost a giveaway). They are well worth it!

Good, inexpensive with ok handle,
Very nice inexpensive paring knife. Good blade, holds sharp edge, easy to sharpen on diamond plate. Sole gripe is the handle.I find it slippery with wet hands, which is usual in the kitchen. I added two drops of glue-gun glue to it for finger grips; now perfect. Will buy again.
