Mercer 3.5-inch Knife
This 3.5-inch Mercer knife is a fantastic little tool in the kitchen. It’s incredibly sharp right out of the box and perfect for detailed work like peeling, trimming, and small precision cuts. The size makes it very easy to control, and the handle feels comfortable and secure even during longer use. I also appreciate how well-balanced it is for such a compact knife. For the price, the quality is outstanding. It feels durable, easy to maintain, and performs just as well as more expensive brands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable paring knife.

Great value for the price.
Really study little knife that’s extra sharp. Has a nice look, sturdy grip & great size to cut with. In fact I cut myself accidentally on opening. So be aware & handle with care until you are used to it. But I love it. Good value for the price.

It’s a good little knife, solidly made. An extra few cm of blade length would be nice.

Solid quality, good sharpness, workhorse knife for a family kitchen
Forged 3.5 paring knife, replaces a 3.8' Wusthof paring knife that surprisingly snapped in half when it dropped on a hard floor. Too expensive to replace with another standalone wusthof. Mercer is equally well known for good quality, good value knives. Has a nice solid handle and a finish that fits in with other knives we have equally well. Good replacement. Its not the cheapest value out there but for what I needed its ok. The Victorinox makes better value paring knives as well. Maybe next time. 3.5' is the ideal length for a paring knives. A 3.8'-4' paring knife is actually a bit long.
