Was skeptical as lots of reviews say it’s too small. This fit my helix 7 absolutely perfect. Yes it’s snug but shouldn’t it be? I have no concerns of it falling off during transport, and I felt it wasn’t difficult at all to put on straight out of the box, and it removes just as simple. I’d say if it’s snug at first then put it in right away, take your time and give it some time to stretch a bit. I would buy it again if needed.

When i put it on the first time it was wayy too tight and it ripped the cover as well as it turned on my bird, i figured that since it ripped i would not be able to return it so then i tossed it in the garbage while still sitting in my boat, i just bought a rubber/silicon cover that is supposed to be for a helix 7 so i hope that fits better

I bought this cover to fit on my Humminbird Helix 7. I had to fight to get it on the unit the first 7-8 times. Over time it has stretched a bit which makes it a little easier to put on. I used the unit for ice fishing as well. When the cover gets cold I don’t even try to put it on as it won’t stretch.

Fast shippingThe only issue I have had is that if it rains there get wet and then take a while to dry so you then have a soggy wet cover over you screen keeping it wet much longer than it would normal take to dry.Great for sun and scratches ect Its really helped me keep spray suntan lotion off the screen when when my wife and kids are in the boat

Wouldn’t give a star this doesn’t fit on my helix 7 at all if it did it would probably effect the buttons and start to stick loot at your Humminbird products In stores only cause you can’t send back
