I’ve used Thompson’s for years, so I grabbed this one without hesitation. Love that it’s a one-a-day dose—makes it super easy to stick to. It’s not a miracle cure, but it definitely helps keep my energy up when I’m feeling a bit run-down. The capsules are on the larger side (about 2cm), but I found them smooth and easy enough to swallow. Good value for money, will be buying again
