The first one received would not charge the battery. The quick new replacement has been charged without problem. To further test the battery, I turned it on with the lights on brightest setting. The camera produced a stable image for over 7 hours. Unbelievable battery life.I have owned a black and white camera that uses the same fiberglass push cable, cable connectors and camera connector. My older unit uses a larger diameter spool which is much easier to handle. For occasional use the smaller size spool is okay, but for regular use a larger spool should be considered. Overall I am impressed with this camera system. It will pay for itself the first time you use it.

First time I use this it worked great second see where I put it in the cable broke trying to get support to get a cable replaced I couldn't do I got a review on how to repair it with no way to get product pieces

Using this product to complete inspections as part of the estimate process. Camera was working great, very satisfied, however after about 4 months of use the slot for the memory card is no longer accepting/securing the memory card in place. I have been working with customer service to resolve the problem - so far they've been responsive. I'll update at the end of the process.

I used this to see if the plumber was correct in his assessment of my situation. This confirmed the plumber was correct. I was looking to spend $3500 for sewer repair and thought that the cost of this device would help with the decision and it did. The plumber bought the device from me discounting his service call fee of $125. I asked the plumber a year later how it worked out for him, he told me he used it four times before is quit working, did not last a year.Instructions are not well done.

The system worked good on the kitchen table. Worked ok in inspecting a well casing. The head got stuck and had to go back and forth the extract it. In the process the camera stopped working. Can’t find anyone from Anysun to help with repair or replacement.

I have used this camera a lot. Never had a problem. Lost it in the camp fire in Northern California. I will eventually order a new one
