You get two identical flashlightsThey use EITHER 3 AAA batteries in the cartridge OR 1 Lithium Ion rechargeable 18650 Battery in the plastic sleeve. I only have AAA at the moment. It's very bright and all the modes work. I would bet that an 18650 battery would probably have longer life but I don't have one to test and compare. Overall, good quality and good value.

For the price, I am well staisfied with these compact flashlights. Not quite the quality of my older Tac Light but for the purposes they will work fine. I needed some replacement flashlights around the house for when the lights go out and these are easy to stand up or hang with the wrist strap. Good illumination and without that annoying center dark spot of regular flashlights.

Hard to review battery life on this useless flashlight, since it quit working after two days of totally normal use. It was a perfectly fine lightweight product for the four times (and four minutes) that I used it, but the light just quit working after that. Fortunately, it was cheap enough that I'm not outraged over it—but consumers should expect to get what they pay for. You can move lots of product cheap if people don't care when it breaks easily.

I started using one flashlight and it stopped working momentarily so I had to readjust the batteries. I hope it doesn’t happen again. But the verdict is still out on this product.

It's a wonderful and product, small enough to put in your pocket, and amazingly very bright and water resistant. 💧😀. I love it

Very satisfied with the performance of these lights. I keep one handy everywhere I might need light. I use the 18650 batteries with 3400mah. I get a good 4 hours of bright useable light with a fully charged battery. I've used continuous low beam for around 6 hours during one of my nighthikes.
