You can put a capsule in a jar of blended tomatoes or milk. When I've tested probiotic products, I've never seen one ferment the jar in less then two days. If you add a little salt to the tomatoes, it will take a little longer. This product has fermented in two days. I have drank many strains of kefir and can say that there are several strains of lacto bacteria. But have no way to verify 115 strains. Note: anything fermented with this product, will very unlikely have all 115 strains. I pretty sure a bunch of strains will be starved out, as they are not as quick to revive.
