I bought a new Canon printer which required new ink cartridges so I searched Amazon for a reasonable price. The JetSir replacements were fairly priced and would ship quickly so I ordered them. I have been using the large black cartridge for 10 days now and it's absolutely normal. In fact, when I installed it, the Canon screen considered it a genuine Canon replacement so there were no problems in that. Based on my limited usage, at this time I can recommend JetSir, but I will update if I encounter any aberrant behavior.

I had a problem with these cartridges at first not working in my machine. JetSir contacted me and had me send them photos of the cartridge that wasn't working [the first of their cartridges I ever used]. This cartridge has a label that goes around the two sides and the top. It is a single label. There is nothing to pull off as other cartridges have to let air in. The one side of the label was not stuck down properly and JetSir told me to remove it. I then inserted it and it seated correctly, the MG6821 recognized the cartridge as a "Canon Ink Cartridge" and it's now working perfectly.

I had bought this previously for my canon printer. The printer recognized it as the original, and I couldn't be happier. Inks/Prints well and at a fraction of the cost. Thanks JetSir for the delivery and product.Update: The PGBK black cartridge from the package had leaked inside its wrapper, and it was also missing its label. I contacted JetSir for a replacement, and they responded responsibly and fast. They shipped me replacements for the PGI-270XL PGBK. I installed it in, and Canon recognized. Thank you for quick response, very satisfying!

Great ink. Easy to insert, my printer recognized it right away, and away we went! Ink on the page looks as good as inks costing three times as much. I don't print photos, just regular products and I am very satisfied. If the ink lasts a reasonable time, I will be buying more. I have already told my friends about it. I am very pleased.

First, not their fault, but it was not smart of me to get a printer that for some reason requires TWO black cartridges. As for THIS product, the PGBK, the Large Black Ink cartridge completely stopped working even though my printer showed it as having nearly half a cartridge left. Worked well with little use for over 6 months. I really barely use it. Then, with nearly half a cartridge left, it won't print anything but screwed up pages. Replaced the PGBK with a Canon version and it's working well again. Save yourself the hassle and just buy the name brand.

These replacement inkjet cartridges work and work well. I've owned a number of different brand printers; Canon, Epson, Brother, and HP. Most of the printer manufactures have made the replacement cartridge use difficult if not impossible. I've had Canon before and don't remember how well non-cartridges work, so I thought I'd try these since they are very inexpensive compared to the OEM versions. These work great, color is as good as the Canon cartridges, price is terrific, and the company support is also great.

Everything is perfect! Printer reconizes ink cartridges as Canon ink cartridges. This is my third time buying from JetSir. Highly recommend. I will contiue to do business with JetSir. Give them a try, you will be glad you did. Still doing business with this company. Great replacements! Never had any problems with leaking. Lost count how many times I purchased these ink cartridges. I will stick with this company. There are cartridges at a lower price from other sellers here on Amazon but, read the reviews before you buy. These are the BEST!!!!!!!

Used these ink cartridges in a Canon Pixma MG5720. It reported them as genuine cartridges and they worked perfectly EXCEPT when I next tried to use one of the cloud services (e.g. scan into Google Drive), it said that these services were only for users of genuine Canon ink cartridges. So if you use any of the cloud services with your Canon printer, they will stop working with these cartridges installed.Edit: Bumping this up by 1 star because JetSir proactively contacted me about my problem and issued me a full refund. This was very good customer service. As for the ink cartridges, they work great as long as you aren't using Canon's cloud services.

The ink initially was not working maybe my printer got dried but now were well. It was indeed a good purchase.

Arrived late but is a good product.
