¡Muy bueno, pero ojo es sólo una extensión!
Antes que nada, creo que se debe advertir que no es un teléfono tal cuál, sino una extensión; por lo que no funciona si no tienes ya un teléfono compatible de la misma marca (el cuál considero que es bastante bueno en relación precio-calidad).Dicho eso, la calidad del material es adecuada para el precio. He visto este mismo modelo en RadioShack ha un precio mayor, por lo que considero que es mejor comprarlo por aquí. Se escucha bien y ha funcionado a la perfección.Lo compré para tenerlo en mi habitación (en segundo piso de la casa), mientras que el teléfono está en la sala. La distancia (sea mucha o poca) parece no afectar en nada la calidad de la llamada.Lo recomiendo ampliamente si ya tienes un teléfono de esta marca y necesitas una extensión.

Easy setup
Needed to purchase an extra handset because I couldn't use my corded phones with Rogers (#@$!) The set up was very easy. I charged it for 30min, put it on the main base and within 60 seconds it was registered.Some reviewers have noted sound quality concerns. I will say this, prior to switching to Ignite, I had zero sound quality issues with any of my 3 vtech cordless phones. The same day I switched over the sound quality dropped. If I get that static sound when trying to make a call now, I just hang up and try again. That usually works. In my case it wasn't the phone, but the service provider.

C,est mal expliquer sur le site je voulais un telephone sans fil et main libre quand je l'es reçu c'était un téléphone de remplacement pour allez avec un autre téléphone il n'y a pas de connection pour allez dans la prise murale...Alors j'ai du le retourner un téléphone sans prise murale ne sert a rien...Il manquait des pieces!

Added this one to our 4-unit set
We needed the extra handset and this was just what we needed. Paired easily with the base unit. Our only disappointment with this and the set to which we added it is that it doesn't have a back light to make it easier to read. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for this problem.

Won't connect
We had three VTech units and needed more (2) for the maximum of 5. The first one, when placed on the base, registered immediately and with no problem. The second one would not register and we have yet to find a way to make it work - we called but it was on their off-hours so will need to try again to find out what is wrong with the second one.
