Joseph Joseph Twist Whisk- 2 in 1 - flat and balloon whisk - Suitable for non-stick cookware, Silicone, Grey / Green

This Joseph Joseph whisk is one of my most favourite purchases I've made in the last year. It works so well and is of such good quality. It's extremely easy to clean as it folds down nice and flat, and for that reason it's also easy to store! It's made of a nice, soft, rubbery plastic that won't scratch your pans, and it's just over all fun to use. Everyone who has seen it marvels at the uniqueness of the design, ease of use, and the overall fun quality it has. It's not your average whisk! Edited to add: not sure why there are mixed reviews on the adjustment where people are saying it collapses during use. When opening to use it as a round whisk (as opposed to using it in its flat state), it will click into place. If you feel the click, then it's fully open and should not collapse. Further, I do see mixed reviews about durability, but they look to mostly be about the green whisk. Can attest that the blue whisk is super sturdy, been using it for months now with no sign of any issues.

This is an excellent whisk! I have purchased items from this brand previously and they are always of good quality and this whisk is no exception. It’s sturdy and feels like good quality. The whisk part is plastic so the white is lightweight and won’t scratch your non stick cookware. And when you’ve done using it and washed it, you can click the head into place to turn it ‘flat’ so it doesn’t take up too much room in your utensil drawer. It’s also a nice green colour - and the materials feel good quality too. It’s an excellent investment! Would recommend.

Great utensil. Folding flat saves loads of space and makes it much easier to clean than a traditional whisk. It's the perfect size for home use. Does the job as well as a metal whisk, and won't scratch your pans. Some reviews said it collapsed whilst using, but if you click the mechanism into place properly there is no chance of that happening.

I have a drawer cluttered with a load of whisks we never use so I cleared some out and bought this one. I love the fact it can be a balloon whisk or a flat whisk at a twist. I was recently making some polenta and found that as the food got thicker the balloon kept switching out to the flat as they isn't a mechanism on the whisk to keep it in place which would be ideal. I may also just have chosen the wrong whisk for the job. However, I have used it for stiring gravy, whisking liquids, eggs etc and it works very well so I will mostly use this one but I still have one of my other whisks as well for tougher jobs (like polenta!). I love the colour and they are made of good quality silicone. As with everything Joseph Joseph, easy storage has been taken into account as well as ease of cleaning. I have limited space in my kitchen and only have one large drawer for utensils and because these can store flat they are ideal for that too.

Where has this been all my life! I don't use a whisk very often but the usual ones are too big for most kitchen drawers so always jam it when you try to open the drawer. This is a fabulous design and works really well when assembled into a whisk. Great design that clicks easily into position. It's lightweight and easy to use, comfortable grip, strong materials, and functions perfectly as whisk.

I'm always a big fan of something a little bit 'extra' and this delivers. I mean, it's hard to get *too* excited about a balloon whisk but I still gleefully showed it to the kids when they got home from school. Given the limited storage space in our kitchen, I love the fact it can fold flat and sit comfortably in a utensil drawer without then jamming it from opening whenever it feels like it (take note Mr Ladle). It is also useful in both flat and balloon mode so serves a double purpose which, in this reviewers mind at least, justifies the higher price of the product. In conclusion, works well, looks good, and is a bit different so its a win for me!

お菓子作りで使うのに購入しました。これ、切るように混ぜるが出来ます。さっくり混ぜたいとかこれで可能なのがいいです。もちろん普通に使えます。ボウルに卵を入れて横にシャカシャカすれば白身もムラなく切れるのがいいです。
