Absolutely no cushion for the coccyx. Foam goes all the way flat when you sit on it. It's really thin at the back also. Do not buy and do not give it to someone in a wheelchair. Get a different brand.

The memory foam goes almost flat and after seating for more than an hour it’ gets uncomfortable.

Why does the picture displayed show that the pillow is multicolored, when it is in fact dark gray? Usually, what you see is what you get when it comes to Amazon. Unfortunately, they make it look much more appealing with the multicolored image, but that is not what you are buying at all.

The cushion works fairly well for comfort, fitting my butt very well. It helped some with pain relief although not quite as well as I had hoped. It seems somewhat flat when I am seated on it and it does slide a bit on my chair.All in all however, a good cushion for the lower price.

I've purchased 3 other seat cushions for my very sore tail bone. One, the hole was too small. Another squashed down too much. The other was too firm, causing more pain. This one has proven to be the right fit and support. My tail bone is less tender now. I'm 5'5" 145 lbs.

Bought this as a means for giving me extra cushion for a road trip. Definitely works! And works well on my office chair! Gives good support for tail bone and pain relief. You definitely sink in once you sit on it. Very comforting and supportive. Would recommend!

Doesn’t hold firmness very long but not worthless

did not do everything I expected it to do...It didn’t give the relief that my mother needed when she sat in her chair, but she just may require a different kind of cushion then this particular one.
