Easy to spread
Not as good as I expected. Sometimes it helps and sometimes not.

Pain Relief
Thus tidy product is hard to get out of the tin, due to it being so hard if it were softer would be easier to use

Expensive pungent cream smells like tiger balm.
Expensive gives a little relief not a long term cure for Neuralgia

It helped me
I must admit that I was sceptical about buying this judging by the reaction of other reviews, I can only write the truth as I personally find it. I have had a stroke and I also suffer from brain stem disorder which has left me with sleeping difficulty. Recently I started getting a burning sensation in my left foot which came from the weight if bed clothes and the mattress. I tried to get hold of a cooling cream from my local GP and pharmacy without success, so bought this small tin to try it out. I applied this to the area of the foot that was affected and got into bed and slept well without any pain. I have used it again since but be sure to apply it before you get into bed and not during the night when you get the pain because it wont work. I write this in the hope it will help others with a similar problem. I am now ordering a larger tin.

Smells nice
I have a trapped nerve in cervical C6 which sends shooting pain down my arm and after struggling to get a GP appointment for stronger painkillers, I thought I’d give this a try. It’s easy to rub on, very similar to a little tub of Vaseline. I like the smell too, quite soothing. But does it work? I couldn’t say.

Not brilliant
It didnt help with MY foot pain but it may work for others. It is solid and it makes it difficult to spread out on your skin, I also noticed it stained my clothes and after they were washed the yellow stains were still on my clothes...I wasnt impressed one little iota!

“ great product “
I have been diagnosed with neuropathy in my feet for many years, the only relief was over the counter pain relief tablets but I found this product on Amazon so I gave it a try, it really worked for me, it was more a ointment than a cream but quite easy to apply.I am about half way through the tin but have already ordered neuropathy extra which is a larger tin which will remain in my medicine cabinet in case of further false ups.
