I have been using this the last few days. So far so good. I you tubed a demo video to better understand how to prepare the system, which helped. One thing you should know is you can't fill both compartments completely or it will start to leak out the sides. It says so in the manual, but I got started before I read it.

I purchased this water filter from "Click to Save" on Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Initially, the water filter seemed promising, delivering great-tasting water that met my expectations. However, after just three weeks of use, the filter began leaking, and my enthusiasm quickly turned into regret.Upon discovering the leakage issue, I reached out to the seller for assistance. They provided a video tutorial to help with the setup, which seemed to alleviate the problem temporarily. But this momentary relief was short-lived, as the filter soon resumed its water-spewing antics, causing a mess on my countertop every morning. It became impossible to place even a single glass of water without encountering a leaking disaster.I decided to contact customer service in the hopes of finding a resolution, but my experience with them was deeply disappointing. Not only did they offer misleading information, but they also seemed unwilling to take responsibility for the damaged item. Their lack of accountability left me feeling frustrated and unheard, adding to the mounting frustration.If you're considering purchasing this water filter from "Click to Save" I strongly advise against it. The leaking issue is a serious concern that, based on my experience, they seem unprepared or unwilling to address effectively. The inconvenience and daily hassle of dealing with a faulty water filter are not worth the initial appeal of the product's taste.My regrettable experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. In hindsight, I wish I had opted for another water filter from a more reputable seller, as this purchase has only brought me headaches and regret.I sincerely hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale to others looking to make a wise investment in a water filter. Choose a product and seller that prioritize customer support and stand behind the quality of their offerings. El filtro funciona muy parecido que la versión anterior. El agua tiene un sabor muy bueno. Se siente fresca.

I want to say that I truly believe in this water filter concept.However, my water filter leaked and messed up my counter top. Small leaks from the faucet rubber fittings.For the price…?!?, this water filter container should have been super solid and functional. Maybe made of glass…?!! I don’t know.I have returned it with no exchange as I believe it was a design fault all together

I’ve owned my 1st Nikken pimag filter system to about 10-13 years. I Had no problems or leaks, takes a little time to get seal just right, but after that best water ever had! I wished now, I would have kept my old base had I known a replacement would leak!!!! And I guess it’s the water in my Apt complex that made the ceramic weird (white powdery substance kept collecting around container edges) so I ordered a new one. The new one leaked out somewhere between the water container and in the base. 1.5 gal water over 14hrs traveled across my bar and ran 6ft away down to a container containing my back pack which had my 2019 MacBook Pro.as well as documents and other electronics. Im ordering again and will sit in the tub on a towel to ensure it doesn’t leak while at work. I pd 533. for the Nikken on Amazon (my 1st one from Nikken was $299 or $399 , I don’t remember. I Bought one for my son as wedding gift from Nikken pd roughly $400 had no problems. Is it an Amazon shipping problem or a knock off? plus I’m told $500 min to fix computer LED! I still love this product but would love compensation for damage to my computer due to the leak. However, Amazon is saying they can’t verify me now (never had a problem getting to speak with someone til I’m speaking collateral damage!). Maybe Nikken will help. I’m hoping so, so far this unit will cost me more than $1k after returning to Amazon, ordering from Nikken and repairing my computer from trailing water damage 6 feet away! I will keep you posted!

Absolutely love this water filter! Requires no electricity and very low maintenance! We travel in our fifth wheel and no matter where we are, the water taste great and it takes very little time to break down and set up again once we stop at a different campsite. I've had a lot of numbness in both of my hands. Once I started drinking this filtered water religiously, the numbness has begun to cease. Because the water taste so well, I drink more and I'm less dehydrated, not to mention the benefits of the minerals that are put back into the water. We don't buy bottled water any longer and are already saving money to make up for the cost of this filter.

Excelente inversión. Esto es algo que quería tener desde hace mucho tiempo y me encanto el producto! Otros comentarios mencionan un sabor fuerte debido a los minerales/piedras; pero la verdad es que el agua no contiene ningún sabor! En otro comentario se mencionó que el botón de reset no está en este producto, y en efecto no lo tiene. Después de averiguar y según lo que leí es debido a que este es un modelo más nuevo donde ese botón y una luz LED fueron removidos. Pero esta información necesitaría ser confirmada directamente con la compañía. Gracias!
