Bought two lamps for a 64 inch desk. Lamps are very rugged and the packaging was excellent. I paid extra for 2-day shipping because I don't like electronic items tossed around from truck to truck. But these were packaged such that you could drop them off the roof of your house and nothing would happen. I was impressed. Standard/free shipping would have been fine. The warmth setting is essential. You need that if you are going for max brightness. It makes the LED light on par with a " soft light" incandescent bulb. I am not sure why anyone would want to select the bright blue option. It is way too harsh. There were two very minor downsides which I did not anticipate. The first is that the transformer is intended to be plugged directly into your wall outlet. So there is not enough space on a regular duplex outlet to plug in both of my lamps' transformers. The second is that the lamps can only be turned on by touching the touch pad. So if you were thinking of plugging this desk lamp into a wall outlet controlled by a wall switch, such that you could flip on the lamp when you enter the room, it will not work. You will still have to touch the touch pad. I guess in that situation you remember to leave the nightlight function on instead of turning the lamp off completely. At least that way you won't walk into a totally dark room and have to fumble to find the touch pad.

Complete correct dimentions is (17 &10/16", 7&6/16", 5&4/16") end to end.Before I bought it, I wanted to know exactly how tall it was while standing straight. The spec sheet says 19.2 x 10.1 x 4.3 inches. In reality, its more like 17.6875" tall when standing completely straight from desk to very top. 17.25 from desk to bottom side of lamp (light) for those who plan on hovering it over something. This can be observed in pictures. The lamp can easily hover over low standing 23" screens (my 23" screen is just under 16.5" in height and will work with anything right up to 17" tall.EDIT: there is a 16KHz high pitch sound comming from the bottom of the lamp. It's from the electronics inside right where the touch pad is. It should be okay for most adults and possibly teens, but children hear the high pitch noise. A family with children visited our home and the kids asked me "Why is it making that noise"... so I later figured out it was 16Khz and small-moderate volume so be aware.If anyone think's I got a fluke, well I didn't. My brother ordered the same light and his emits the same exact 16Khz sound which I determined from an iphone app.

Item is as advertised, just little bit bigger than it appears in photos, which is also good. As this page shows, there is newer model of this available already, and while buying I choose between the two, and still bought this older model, I took into account that in the newer model USB has decreased 1w power, whereas this one has 2w power, so it would charge faster some devices with big batteries, like power banks for example. Another thing was that lighting part of this old version can also turn around as it has extra joint close to the actual lighting part, which the newer model does not have, I thought this is better design but I could be wrong, as they eliminated this joint from the new model, for it there must be reason as I guess now, in this model heat generated by lighting part is not distributed further than the joint, the rest of top part and whole leg stays completely cool, while head part gets pretty hot. I think as in newer model this last joint is no more present, heat will be distributed little bit further and whole device will be cooled down more efficiently due to extended surface for releasing a heat. Possibly this design change could affect lifetime of the lamp, and newer model should work longer than this one. This is something I could not take into the account as I noticed it only after using the unit. So beside of it's disadvantage of decreased USP power from 2 to 1 watt, the newer model has anyway some technical advantages over this old model, trade-of is a convenient turning head (old) vs possibly extended lifetime of the device (new model) . Hopefully I helped you to make informed decision between the two. I have not used the newer model, but I do like this one very much, so far it works fine.

My halogen desk lamp, which i never particularly liked died, so it was time to upgrade to LED.I use my desk lamp constantly and it's important to me that it works well and suits my needs. I wanted something that could rival the brightness of my halogen so i went with this one since it had the highest wattage, good ratings, etc...WOW! what an improvement in every possible way!I should note this is my first experience with LED lighting in a setting where i use it often and have it close to me.Halogen lights bother me in general, and bother my eyes, so switching to led just "felt" better for me. It feels much less Intense.Halogen lights get HOT, and having one so close to me all day wasn't great either. Led - no heat!I love the multi-step dimmer, and quite often keeping it on the lowest setting is perfect for me, while the brightest setting packs a punch when i need it. This thing gets bright!My favorite part is probably the color temperature adjuster. Though i keep it on ("full coffee" haha) - the lowest temp setting almost all the time, having the option to adjust it is really nice. Compared to the glaring retina burning halogen this is a huge improvement!I actually use the night light function which i didn't think i would.The controls are super easy, intuitive, and work great.I actually forgot about the usb port until i went to write this review! bonus!The ability to rotate the light every which way is great.the memory function is great.It looks greatIt feels very solidly made.I really have no complaints.All this over a desk light i know, but it really is spectacular.Assuming this thing doesn't crap out on me, which i don't anticipate, I am very happy with this purchase. Well worth it!

La lámpara fue para un regalo, pero tiene juego en el brazo, lo cual hace dudar de su calidad (caja ya había sido abierta anteriormente), y sobre todo de la honestidad del vendedor (Planeta Verde) ha intentado (5 ocasiones) SOBORNARME (ofreciéndome 50%) para que modifique lo expuesto, y NO se sepa ésto.

It's the coolest thing I have ever owned. Bought a voltage converter separately and I hope its good enough to keep the lamp safe.

This is a wonderful lamp. It's very sophisticated. I am willing to bet one thousand rupees that even the prime minister of India, Mr Narandra Modi does have such a classy lamp in his office at Race Course Road where he conducts affairs of state.

Amazing product!! But import charge and all included and high priced!!! Having fun, After investing lots of money for a lamp. But worth it.
