Sauder Dakota Pass 6-Drawer Dresser, Craftsman Oak finish

If I could rate this negative a hundred a would.It came with half of he identification labels on the bottom of the box, some missing parts, and the when my boyfriend spent 9 hours of his life putting it together, large pieces of the wood chipped off from the front of the drawers.This is worst “dresser” ever. DO NOT BUY. It ended up in my dumpster.I contacted the company and they wanted me to take the dresser apart and pack it in a box in order to get a refund......I didn’t want to spend another minute of my life wasted on this product, so I’m writing this review to warn others instead.Keep looking, and get something else ;-)I’ve attached a pic of it in my dumpster

Takes a while to assemble but finished product is worth it. Was very pleasantly surprised at how heavy duty this line of furniture is. Purchased the night stand, headboard, armoire and 6 drawer dresser. Planning on ordering the tall dresser shortly. I do have to admit that I wasn't the one who put together but hubby was smiling when he finally finished all the pieces and he still likes the set. It takes a while but for the price it's worth it.

Assembly is fairly easy, parts are well labeled, took about 3.5hrs by myself. Directions say not to use a drill...do yourself a huge favor and ignore that part. Was worried the finish would look cheesy/cheap, but it looks great, finish is as pictured. Impressed with the packaging, no dents/scratches/damage of any kind. *Edit* I've had this for two years now. Aligning the drawers was nearly impossible in the first place, and they've become more "un-aligned" over time to the point it takes shifting other drawers to get one closed. Two of the drawer fronts separated from the sides, so I've had to disassemble and reassemble. The top has visibly bowed with only a lightweight 27" flat screen TV.. Two enthusiastic thumbs down. Definitely would not purchase again.

If you order this dresser it will require significant set up time - at least for me it did - 3 plus hours.It shows up on your porch in a very heavy box and was hard to bring inside -Also after putting it together some of the drawers didn't line up properly - and I followed directions precisely.This is not a good value for you what you would pay. I was disappointed in the overall quality and would not purchase again.

I love the finished product, customer service was awesome if you have issues and they will send replacement parts. It took me 3 hours to put it together alone with a screw driver, lining drawers was a pain but for the price I d do it again

7/17/18 Update:There’s one drawer that has been stuck since I put this thing together. Literally can’t get it out without breaking it. 5/6 drawers isnt the worst but it’s incredibly annoying....This was the most infuriating piece of furniture I’ve ever put together. If you’re doing it by yourself, be ready to spend a large part of your day assembling it. Had multiple pieces that weren’t drilled quite right so the screws were completely stripped by the time I got them in. But the final result is gorgeous and sturdy and I’m glad I bought it.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  When my bf and I started putting it together,Everything was going great all drawers put together, instructions are very clear. The problem came when we put the dresser up to flip nail the back of the unit. Every single place where the twist lock fastener was used came apart, like the particle board where they were inserted were old of something. We were extremely frustrated because we had put all drawers together first, and now we had all out work wasted on the last step. we can't use the dresser at all. I want refund and this thing out of my living room. I didn't pay $ 300 for this quality. It was meant to replace a cheap dresser that I have with a fish tank on top.

Looks beautiful. Very sturdy. It took me like 8 hours to put together but I took alot of breaks and I did it alone. The instructions are perfect, there is no way you can mess it up. I love it and my husband was amazed when he saw it and the fact I did it by myself. Its a beautiful piece. Very well worth the money, time and effort.
