Chunky, delicious and hot
Im from Trinidad but I live in the US and this is my favorite trini pepper sauce, it's always in my fridge and im glad I can get it on Amazon. Its too hot for my husband though... so if you like spicy peppersauce thats not watery, this is it.

Good stuff!
If you want tolerable spice, this pepper sauce is awesome. Not scorpion pepper hot, but full of flavor and good amount of heat. I enjoy it with lots of good.

Great flavor and a very strong intense heat. You can still taste the food but enjoy the heat. I really like this stuff. A little goes a long way. 3 stars for the price

Packs the Caribbean flavor and heat!
This pepper sauce made my Caribbean Fish / seafood stew a real hit! It pack a lot of flavor and the heat you need to make it right! Be sure to add it slowly, taste, then add more until you reach the flavor and HEAT, you want, because it can get really hot!

The finest
I love chillies! I have grown my own chillies for many years. Pickled chillies, and created great chilli sauces. I have literally tried dozens of chilli sauces, and this one is hands down the most delicious one yet. It is made with habanero peppers, so it has plenty of heat, and the characteristic fruity flavour of these chillies is truly delicious. I would suggest food to accompany with Bertie's chilli sauce, but it goes with everything magnificently....except perhaps tea!!

Best pepper sauce.
Love tis so much since being introduced to it. It never fails to give just the right flavour and taste to food. It has xanthan gum, which I am not really particular for, but the flavour and taste overrides that small issue
