A staple for Winter with the dry heat...NeilMed works great, the gel sticks to the inside of the nose membranes and keeps it moist after you give it a good blow.

This works sooo much better than a regular saline spray. If you suffer from nose bleeds or dry nose from use of steroid nasal sprays, this is what you need. It’s like the difference between putting water or lotion on your skin. One does a much better job of moisturizing and keeping it that way.

Great Product! I would get nose bleeds in the winter because of dry air and filling a humidifier every night was a pain. But taking this right before bed stopped it. It's also great for colds. Recommended to me by my ENT.
