Like everyone else I can slouch, and look down at my phone way too much. I also however suffer from severe TMJ, fibromyalgia, back pain and, a few other issues. Now this device along with the exercises Dr. Fix teaches, it helps me so much. I have had the device now for 5 months, started watching and doing his exercises a few months prior and I am working on making it a habit. I'm not there yet but, I get so much relief when I follow his program. My head itself feels lighter to carry, my ears are able to pop (TMJ side effect. My back cracks when I am finished and relieves pain in my feet. The one thing I do differently is instead of using a ball I use a Shiatsu Foot Massager with Heat. I do this in the morning and sometimes at night, it helps me sleep more comfortably, I'm getting old and everything hurts. My only complaint is I want more Dr. Fix items and suggestions for all my other ailments'. So if you are skeptical and on the fence as I was. Try the exercises on his video, get some relief and then buy Neck Traction Device and take it to the next level. Thank you Dr. Fix

Works wonders if used daily and properly

I was pleased with the quality but I am tall and skinny and even when inflated to a pressure that was near risking popping the thing I didn't really experience the level of traction tension I would like. I bought a swim kick board made of about 1 inch thick pool noodle material and cut that into a ring to go around my neck. Then placed this firm foam ring around my neck below this device and was about to get a LOT more traction tension on my neck. I also would have preferred if the bladders under the chin were thicker, or more uniform front and back. So sometimes I wore it with the thicker part in front f my neck and the "chin" part in the back of my neck, enjoyed that more then wearing it the normal way.

I am a pretty big guy and the device accommodated my neck size easily...until...I aired it up. It seemed to close in as well as pressing upward and I never got the lift I was after until well after it was starting to press on the sides of my neck. In essence, it was putting me in a choke hold. I don't know if my neck is abnormally long or just what but it was out of room to expand before it applied enough upward pressure. I know from friends who use devices of this design that they *can* work. I am going to have to return it, unfortunately.

My husband keeps buying these. This one is better. they are all pretty similiar. this one is for my husbands bigger neck. He likes it. been using for 5 months. works as described.

I’m a longtime user of neck fix products and though they are comfortable and effective at first they all fail just after the return window. The seller is not good about responding to customers. I’ve concluded they designed this product to fail and am trying to help other customers seeking relief to avoid this product line and manufacturer and to give another brand a try. Neck pumps do work for many to provide effective relief but most brands I’ve tried don’t last very long. If you do buy this brand I’d recommend returning it for a replacement before the return window is closed as it will inevitably fail shortly thereafter and the manufacturer will not respond to your inquiries.

I get so comfortable sometimes I take a nap. Been working on correcting military neck (straight neck) where your head in front body and curve in cervical is gone. It helps greatly by relief on nerve as well as stretch neck to get off nerve. Due work, I use ten minutes a day once a day for couple weeks. Now I find myself using only if needed. No issues with product.

Finally, one that is a larger size for my husband to use. He said that the material is very soft and can get a little warm. Over all he is happy with this one and we may buy another one to have as a back up since we were looking for awhile before this one became available.
