This product has so many options and is the only blender you need. This blender has many options. My favorite feature of this product is the crushed Ice feature since I don't have an ice maker I have to use a hand ice cube tray and my ice is always bulky and chunky I love that i am able to pour my big chunks into the blender and have a full glass of crushed ice.Another feature that I love is the pureed feature. I have a child that is one years old and my old blender would have to run forever before it would finally puree and this option so that I can puree my own foods for for my daughter. The speed and sharpness of the blades are amazing making smoother and faster than I have ever seen in a blender.We also made smoothies with this blender and it was a great the fruit and veggies pureed smoothies and it didn't take any time at all. Another cool feature of the blender is that top of the lid comes out and has a handy measuring cup on top. easy to help measure liquids and to top it off there is a little spout hole on top that you can pour liquids into without taking the lid off and without stopping the blades.The blender has a power on and off button with light up display. Easy to take apart and easy to clean. The blender is easy to use and dishwasher safe. The blender has a cord wrap under the machine for easy storage.The only thing that I dislike about this blender is that it doesn't have a flip top lid for easy pouring like my old blender. Unfortunately you have to remover the whole lid in order to pour any smoothie etc. but the benefits are way better than my previous one. This blender has been a great addition to my families morning smoothies. I would definitely recommend this addition for many of your kitchen needs. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

I received no other compensation.Review for:  Braun JB7130BK PureMix Jug Blender, Black I was sort of impressed by the fine quality of plastic jar, the soft handle and the powerful 650W of machine, but the excitement lasted short. After making my first smoothie, I removed the jar from the blender only to find that the jar was leaking from the bottom. What a crap design for making a blender jug?There is another design fallacy and that is to have the measuring cup embedded in the top lid. This measuring cup does not fit into the lid in anyway and thus causes the liquid to fall out.I really do not understand if this blender was designed to be practical at all. It makes a considerable noise while operating, and the big jar size makes it difficult to be used for a small family of 2 or by individuals.Pros: It is aesthetically great looking and suits the decor of the kitchen. Washing is easy - I go by hand washing. It does a good job at crushing ice, but then - that's all. For me, it failed to serve any other purpose.To summarize the issues that I observed:Has too many removable parts, causes leak from bottom of the jar and the top of the lid.Noisy motor. Bigger sized jar.Overall, it had the potential to be a good blender given the aesthetics and powerful motor, but the poorly designed jar turned it to be practically useless.

I got this machine to blend and purree. It does just both nicely. I didn’t get it for chopping, making kebabs mixture etc etc that I use my proper chopper for. Neither it grounds dry spices. I use it everyday and yes Everryday!! The jug goes into the dishwasher everyday too. So its durable and good plastic. I mostly use it to make ginger garlic tomato onion paste. After washing the plastic doesn’t smell of any of those things so I can easily use the same jug to make fruit juices and shakes. I never use ice so no ice crush function evaluation here. One more thing, the blade is removable but I don’t remove it to wash. It is a bit of a hassle. I have removed it only once in a two months continuous usage to wash it thoroughly otherwise dishwasher does a good job. I would say dont remove the blade if using everyday to wash it. There’s a rubber washer, etc and to me its just a hassle to attach detach. I am giving four stars because I have to add little water to get my onion garlic etc purreed otherwise it never works. The blade just keeps moving doesnt chop. The functionality of the jug is good in that it is narrow at the bottom so the whirling function is there, its just that the blade is sitting a bit too high from the bottom. Lastly, I am satisfied with my purchase.

It's a good blender while it worked. I bought it in June 2016. It died today, Jan 2018. Happy new year!? Anyway. It was used about 5-10 times per month for smoothies We do not use ice cubes- just used to blend frozen berries and the like. The plastic gear from the base, that engages the blades broke off. Very frustrating. Would not buy again.

Good looking, easy to use, only downside; the lid stick little bit too much. Beside that is pretty good for a normal blender.

Every morning I leave for the gym, and when I get home one of the first things I have is a protein shake. Being that half my diet is smoothies and shakes, it's very important to me that whatever system I use is going to work great, be easy to clean, and have multiple option depending on what kind of drink I'm choosing to have at the time.1 - Packaging - The unit comes in a sturdy box. The pieces inside are held securely together with a cardboard insert. The box comes with the jug, base and instructions.2 - Style - The overall unit feels very well made. It isn't incredibly heavy, but does have a nice weight to it. It comes with a multi blade base. The jug itself is a nice size, I can easily make a 24oz protein shake with room. The lid is solid, with a removable middle for easy ingredient adding and the piece can also double as a measuring cup. At the front of the base is the on button, you know it's on if all the lights turn green. Along the top shelf of the base are all the different functions; pulse, stir, chop, mix, puree, liquify, and crush ice.3 - Performance - I have to say I am really happy with the multi functions of this blender. I did test each setting individually, and each one works exactly the way it should. I personally use it mostly for shakes and smoothies, and this blender makes quick work of them. I have had no problem with the ice not being crush and blended, I have not had any uneven chunks left floating around, and it adds just the right amount of air to make my drinks nice and light. The buttons do not stick, and it is easy to switch between functions. Other than when you are crushing ice, the unit is actually a lot quieter than I was expecting compared to my previous model.4 - Cleaning - The blade base removes easily, and the whole unit rinses out with no problem of things being left behind.Overall, I think this will definitely be getting a lot of love from me each and every day. The price to performance ratio is exactly what I would expect to pay.

Beware this product has a plastic carafe. It fully broke around the housing for the blades within 2 months. I thought I was buying a glass carafe. I do use the blender for hot liquids (bulletproof coffee) but there was no warning not to use hot liquids so I 'm not sure if the failure was due to hot liquids or not. The company will do warranties, but not returns. I don't want it back, just my money. Sounds like this is not an option.

this blender is perfect. the slow startup prevents the liquid from splashing up and seems to me like it would be easier on the parts. the container is plastic so it's light and easy to handle. just don't use anything abrasive to clean it. the way it comes apart makes cleaning it a breeze. it looks great and works very well. I am 100% satisfied with this blender.

My wife was looking for this model since long, she said its great one, the only thing she mentioned was the vibration when the mixer starts, otherwise it great product
