3MFlexiclear Body Seam Sealer, 08405, Medium-Bodied, Low Modular Sealer, 1/10 gal/10 fl oz Cartridge

I bought this because I had to reseal some seams that were coming undone on my classic car and I did not want to worry about repainting it to hide the seam sealer. This did an amazing job and dried perfectly clear. While certainly not cheaper than other seam sealer‘s on the market, this stuff is convenient when trying to seal something quickly and not having to worry about repainting. I would recommend for anyone who is trying to use it in the same application I did.

This stuff is awesome. Sealed seams on the horse trailer. May cost more but great product.

I’ve never had something leave an odor like this. It was super strobe for almost a month in my car. I even left it for multiple days with all the windows down and doors open and it didn’t help.When I needed to do more I went with a different brand and it stopped smelling after a couple of days.They both sealed the same, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend this just based on the smell, but it’s also a little over 2x the price of the other one too.

I bought the clear to seal external aluminum sheet metal seams on my box truck body. I tried using painters tape to get straight edges where I applied the sealant..don’t waste you time doing this it won’t make a straight edge. Ended up just laying a bead down and working it with my finger. Good stuff other than that.

The product was easy to use and apply, plus looks great when it sets up. Excellent product for sealing seams.

I applied this product to a doorskin edge after prep and paintwork. The next day it rained and the seam turned into a white goo and ruined everything. Have to now redo the entire area, paint, prep, different sealer...etc. not great. Glad I only did a 2 foot section.
