Great little unit - cools good, looks cool, and fits anywhere.
It took a while to install, I won't deny that the instructions are a little.. Difficult possibly? Or maybe I was rushing. Once you get it put together, and you manage to get those impossible little fan clips on that 80mm fan, this thing is super easy to install onto the motherboard (probably the least difficult universal mounting i've ever seen). It fits great in my Raven RVZ01 (with both fans installed there is still enough space to fit a full size 120mm fan over it if you're a clutton for air sounds). I7-4770 is idling at around 34c. I had a water cooling unit installed temporarily when I hit 100c with the stock cooler (the kit won't fit in the so it was just sorta.. on the side) and it hit about the same temperatures, so i'm very happy. The cooler clears the memory of my mini ITX just fine, and that memory does have a heatsink. It feels very sturdy and is a whole lot smaller than it looks in the pics. It will fit in your mini ITX case without a doubt, and most HTPC cases too I'm confident.*Update* I took it down to 3 stars because after only a few weeks, not even running constantly, the 120mm fan has begun to make a clicking noise. I remember reading on another review site that this happened to someone else and I was hoping it was a one-off, but I believe the quality of the 120mm fan (and possibly also the smaller one) is just not there. Luckily I have other fans laying around so I'll just replace it, may not look as nice but no HTPC case really shows off the insides anyway. The design and quality of the metal in this unit is still great and recommended, however I recommend being ready with a backup 120mm fan when this thing starts making noise. To give an idea I sit about 10 feet away from this case and could hear it over a tv show i was watching.

Nice Performance!
This is a solid CPU cooler! One large fan on top; and a smaller one right above the CPU all brought together by a spectacular heatsink. The problem comes with mounting; if you have a motherboard that you cannot remove (ie built into the bottom of the case without screws) in this particular case an HP with a top-down screw set up; then you will most likely have to run out and get some headless screws to mount this down like I did. The thing is unless you have an oddities shop around or a Do-It-Best you might be out of luck because I couldn't find any of appropriate size at Lowes/Home Depot/Walmart etc. Some PC shops might have them but the ones close to me I don't trust therefore I do not go to them. Good price; keeps my CPU considerably cooler than stock.

At first I thought that this cpu cooler looked awesome until I got it it was annoying to put together and when I installed it on to my motherboard it was to wide it was pushing on my ram sticks so personally I would say not to buy it

Cool looking fans, But noisy. Get a Gelid Slim Hero over this.
The over all design and look of the heatsink is great, it is very slim and can even fit a full size 120MM fan instead of the slim type fan in my case.Very easy to install, just took a few minutes. Over all cooling is running around 47 degrees on a AM3 Athlon X4 Quad core at 2.6GHznot bad on cooling on a different 120MM fan. When I got this heatsink, the over all look is nice. the fans look, cool and the heatsink is very sleek. Although, after turning on my machine. The top fan was clicking, like a mouse scratching at the wall. Was very annoying and I replaced the fan instantly with a full size coolermaster 3pin fan, and it was still quieter.I also found out the bottom fan has a whine to it. its not as bad as the top fan. but I also removed it because I just do not want much sound coming from my machines. Its a nice heatsink, but I wouldn't recommend it. If I where you, I would get the $30 Ruxus slim hero made by Gelid. It has over all better cooling, its not as loud, and still looks cool. I have one in my other slim build, and it out performs this by a long shot.Pros:Cool lookingUltra slimEasy to Installallows room for removal of ram ( in my case )I had enough room to put a full sized 120MM fan in the case with this heatsinkCons:My fans clicked and made a lot of noise (I have a video, but I don't see Amazon with an option to upload Videos)Clicking top fan (maybe mine is defective?)very loud whine from the bottom fan (same, maybe mine is defective?)Doesn't cool very well in comparison to most slim heatsinksRecommendations.Over all, I wouldn't recommend buying this, there are many more Slim heatsinks that out perform this heatsinkIf you are looking for a slim heatsink, get the Rexus Gelid Slim Hero instead, its quite, it runs nice, and looks cool
