I have an older rescue cat with IBD. He has trouble absorbing nutrients from his foods due to the digestive problems. I have tried giving him plain low-salt chicken bone broth, but he's not interested, and when I stop supplementing his foods, he becomes very lethargic. I give him half a packet of this broth poured over his wet food once a day (I refrigerate the remaining packet), and the difference in his behavior is obvious: he is more alert and playful. He loves it and licks it up before he even takes a bite of wet food. I honestly believe it helps keep him healthy.

My kitty’s won’t have it with or without mixing it with there kibble

This was a hit with my two picky Maine Coons. They cry for it every night and wen;t shut up until we put it in their bowls. I can say that for some reason it gave the female Maine Coon diarrhea so we had to limit it to just the male. Possibly an allergy, we are not sure.Good product, but there it not a lot in the pouch.

I have two cats. One likes it and the other doesn’t. Clean product. Worth a chance if you need a broth for a cat.

It's difficult to review pet food, since we don't actually know what our pets are thinking.  I pour this over dry food for a finicky cat and she seems more apt to eat the dry food when I use this, so I guess that means she likes it.  The scent of this food topper is not unpleasant.

I've had positive experiences with Purina products before so had no hesitation in trying out the Immune Support Chicken Bone Broth for my cats. I tried giving it to them as a topper for their dry food and they wouldn't touch it. I tried it with their wet food and by itself and they wouldn't touch it. This is all four cats, which has never happened before. One of my cats is what you'd call a "good eater". He'll eat just about everything and even he wouldn't touch this broth.
