SK-D13 Blue High Performance Radiator Cap for Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ

So far, so good. Identical construction to the OEM cap, which is very difficult to find. OEM cap is rated at 1.1 bar for the Subaru 3.6 H6 (higher than the .9 bar for the 2.5 H4). This is not a huge change from the factory spec but can give you a a free extra degrees of heat in the coolant before it bleeds over into the coolant overflow tank. Never had cooling issues with the car. Just a nice to have in the TX heat. Also, coolant caps are wear items. At 168k miles, the old cap felt brittle and gritty upon removal. Genuine KoyoRad product. No brainer IMHO for the 3.6 if you live in the South.I don't expect the car to drive or behave any differently, but I will update here if I observe and deviance from the factory rad cap (which has been rock solid so far).

I see only RED or BLUE cap for the KOYO RAD. We chose the blue as this matches the blue '90 we have. After getting it, it doesn't fit. Trying to return for a different one but can not. Tried to contact them 3 times, days ago, with no reply. Now I have to pay $5 to return something that does not fit what it states it does. Until I get a reply, 1 star for no help at all. Have to look off amazon now. **Update, auto parts store had nice one by motorad.

Trash. Bought this in hope that it would fit my other koyorad product. It doesn’t. Not even close to fitting correctly. Can’t even return cause it was damaged by the other product.
