Teva Men's Tanway Sandal

These babies are comfy! All 3 straps are adjustable, the foot-bed is properly configured, and the fit is perfect for me! All of the matreial that contacts the foot is really comfy/soft synthetic of some kind, great for the water. I have mini duck feet: men's size 6 1/2 3E! and these sandals fit right out of the box. I had to snug up the right foot strap over the ball/front of the foot, and the heal on the left, otherwise magnifico! If the your foot is flopping around a bit up front, just snug up the front strap a tiny bit and BANG, big comfort. I figured that out after 50 feet. I am very pleased with this purchase. Real well made, will likely last many, many years. And, they are made in Vietnam - a blossoming, burgeoning democracy - not China. I would have sent them back if from China, the CCP wants to rule the world, and I ain't gonna help! Cheers to freedom and toes free to wiggle in the air.

Was looking for sandals with a buckle, which is more convenient and durable than velcro, unfortunately, Teva doesn't offer many of such nowadays.Runs smaller vs the regular Teva sizing I got used to, e.g. this 13 is ~5-6mm smaller than the 13 of Teva Holliway and Teva Hurricane XLT2 Alp that I have. Still ok.Overall happy with this pair, very comfortable, looks tough and durable, the dark olive colour looks somewhat military.

I have bought several pairs of the Holliway during the past few years. I would have bought again, but they are not available in my size, so I ordered this model instead. I really like the snap on fastening feature; very convenient. This sandal appears to be nearly identical to the Holliway, except that it lacks the loop on the heel strap (which I don't ordinarily use anyway, so it is no missed). I use one pair for walking on the beach, and another for walking inside the house, or when out and about. I cannot wear the beach pair in the house because sand gets into the crevices where the straps exit from the rubber insole, and then leaks onto the floors in the house (this can be cured by caulking around those seams with some PU caulk).The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I find that, eventually--after 3 to 4 years of rugged beach wear and steep hill climbing--the straps lose their bond with the insole, and I have to repair them with some "Shoe Goo", and I also drive a pair of wood screws into the sides of the sole through each strap for extra reinforcement. It seems that Teva could factory-equip the sandal with some form of metal reinforcement.

I have been wearing Teva Sandals for decades. I have several criticisms:1) The velcro wears out before the sandals wear out. The buckle models eliminate this; the buckles are far more durable than the velcro. Don't pay attention to the names of the different sandals, pay attention to the buckle.2) The price. Seriously these are overpriced compared to others that have similar product. I have tried many others, I always come back to Tevas. I have quit trying, I just buy Teva when I wear an old pair out.3) For an open shoe, they get really funky. I wear these daily. The best answer, have two (2) pairs and alternate them.Given that I no longer look at the competition, I am a repeat buyer, and I accept that the cost is higher and yet I start here, I have to go with a 5-star review. I don't take 5-star reviews lightly; this one is deserved.

These are comfortable. Good footbed, and toes have freedom in the front. Easy to get on and custom tightened.A prior pair did start to separate, footbed from sole. Not so good, but they had a lot of miles on them. Nothing lasts forever.

This is my 4th pair of Teva sandals. I really like these. The material is fairly soft, but feels like it’s good quality. These feel and look good. I can comfortably walk (long distances) and run in these. I go on a 5 mile walk every evening with my family and wear these. They are great!

What a great idea !! Bring it back

THE GOOD: -fast shipment THE BAD: -uncomfortable -faded color THE BOTTOM LINE: These sandals are nothing like the original Teva sandals. The quality cannot be compared even one percent. The sandals are very much uncomfortable. And the color is faded black which I did not like at all. I would not recommend wasting your money on this.

I have two pairs... Leather and nylon. By far, they nylon ones are my favorite. They are lighter and they are great even when wet. Teva builds great quality products and this model of sandals are the most comfortable sandals I own.

Die Sandalen habe ich vor einem Jahr gekauft aber erst jetzt zum ersten mal getragen. Ich muß vorausschicken, dass ich hatte schon einige Teva Sandalen aber die sind nun definitiv die letzen. Die Nähte sind hart und scheuern innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Füße auf. Man kann sie tragen aber nur, wenn man die Bänder sehr locker stellt, wodurch der Halt verloren geht. Die Nähte dort anzubringen wo sie mit dem Fuß in Berührung kommen mag optisch ansprechender sein, funktionell ist das ein extrem dumme Idee.ich würde ja gerne 0 Sterne geben.

Che dire? Nessun sandalo si può dire "bello" (a mio avviso), ma alcuni si possono dire comodi e robusti. Questi lo sono, ci ho fatto i chilometri.
