Loved loved loved this book!!So bittersweet as I have waited for this book for so long but at the same time I’m gutted it’s arrived as it means the series is finished.I was so happily surprised by the Cain development! Can’t wait for his book! There were so many twists and turns and few storylines. Casey was such a strong character and I liked the normality of her enjoying soccer and bringing that into the book and Eli supporting her, whilst also intertwining it into other pieces of the story.Hope to see these characters again soon in the near future in Olympic Price!Beautifully written!Don’t hesitate to buy it’s a best seller for a reason 😉

Woah, what an amazing and glorious end to a fantastic series! The Mercury pack series has always held a special place in my heart - because Ally and Darren story was the first ever book I read from this author!! + I have no regrets xI loved how this book was so different in the sense of it being the first ever time we saw the mating bond work straight away + they claimed eachother just as quickly! (I have to be honest though) this made me not get into the book at first because I like a good relationship development before claiming.... BUT half way through the book I became in love with the plot, characters and overall vibe of the book that I started to become obsessed x(I also loved the tiny bit of development before cassidy and cain, it's sad I didn't get to see how they worked out but I would LOVE to see it happen 😁)Also the book leaves a good ending for all the characters and maaaaayyybe their offspring too 😉 so let's see what happens ♥️

Finally, finally the story of Eli Anxon and his fated mate Casey Frost, didn’t sleep until this was finished.We’ve been hearing for a while that for some couples they know from the first eye to eye contact that they are fated mates, and here we finally get to see it, when Casey and Eli lock eyes properly that’s it. Finally, Eli, has what he has been yearning for, having watched his pack gain mates, has made him keenly aware of his loneliness and desire to find the one for him. But before the two can enjoy their lives as mates they need to deal with whomever doesn't want them together.Casey is one kickass enforcer, and one cool Mink shifter, I think she’s the perfect fit for Eli. I found the information on Mink shifters fascinating and I’m looking forward to more books involving them.I have to ask what is it with rubbish/bad parents in the books I keep picking up, Casey’s dad is a snivelling worm taking out his inferiority complex on his daughter. Treating her like she is a freak because she can shift, and denying the shifter blood her latent siblings also have.Casey’s one-night stand (way before she and Eli meet) and the drama that manifested from that, for me was a little bit of an annoying strand of the story.Bracken’s certainty that Casey’s minx was trying to kill him was amusing (although whilst it made me smile each and every time, there was something more needed to make me seriously laugh, some pizazz in those scenes was missing).I'm still hoping that despite the information we get on Cain in this book and the trajectory his life takes, he will be getting his own book.Loved the epilogue, seeing all the kids and the pack.

I tried me damnedest to not read this one quick as i usually do when reading, i read it nice and slow afew chapters at a time trying to make it last longer because i adore this series and never wanted it to end. Yes i know it has to end sometime but hey im greedy i love the pheonix and mercury packs the way the two series blends together is brilliant. You cant help but be drawn into there packs like your family, everytime something happens be it bad or good whether it makes you laugh or cry or scream or pull ya hair out you feel in etching its way into your soul which is where these series burrow there way in to never pop out again. Each and every book have been a breathe of fresh air full of emotional rollercoasters. This one is no exception its full to the brim of giggles fun love and fighting. Im guna miss this series casey and eli are one of my favourite couples. Im so glad i got these books as i plan to reread then all often. What an amazing and wonderful book. I hate that it’s the last in the series but I’m hoping to get glimpses of our favourite characters in the next series. Awesome narration as always.

I can really recommend this book the storylines are really really good and the characters are brilliantly written but I love how Suzanne rights her female characters like women really are, tough bitches. So if you like reading about strong women and men read this.... You'll like it

Well I must say that was very entertaining Eli and Casey were neant for each other because they were both blood thirsty and those fights were just unreal, good piece of writing. I assume by the last chapter that we have now finished with The Mercury Pack a shame but good to finish on a high

Adore how Suzanne Wright brings her characters to light, the humour is outstanding! I am absolutely gutted that I have finished both series, I never want them to end!

Eli has been crowing in guilt for years, plus everybody have mates except him. Everything changes when he sees Casey and know she is his true mate, something he thought would happen. Loved this book.

I love this conclusion to the Mercury pack, I’ve been jonesing for Eli’s story but I had no idea how fantastic his true mate would end up being. Casey is absolutely perfection in a fiery package. Perfect.

‘Shards of frost’ is the last book in ‘The Mercury pack’ series. I have enjoyed both series (The Phoenix pack series & The Mercury pack series ) of this writer Suzanne Wright very much!! The stories are funny, a bit emotional, steamy and very entertaining. This book ‘Shards of frost’ is a great addition to it.The story is again told from both POV’s. Both characters, Eli and Casey have a strong and dominant personality but they also respect that in the other. Yes, Eli, like all the other dominant wolf shifters in this series, tries to get his own way in every situation but Casey is intelligent enough to see through his tricks and she can certainly hold her own. She and her animal are ruthless and deadly in a fight.From the first glance Eli and Casey know that they are true mates and they have no problems to merge their separate lives together. It all feels very natural to them and their animals. It’s very wonderful to see. Eli and Casey also have a lot in common, both are loyal to their packs and the people they love, they are caring (in their own way), intelligent, sporty and they love to fight and both are enforcers too for their pack.One of the things that I love about these shapeshifter stories is that the writer loves nothing more than to add a new and very interesting shifter kind to the mix. And this time and in this book the writer did it again. I had so much fun with these (new) shifters, I certainly laughed a few times out loud. Because I could so picture some scenes in my mind. I’m still smiling when I think of it! The fact that Casey was a soccer player also created some entertaining times in the story. It was wonderful to see all the other characters again of both the Mercury and the Phoenix pack. And the epilogue at the end was just fantastic, to see how everyone was doing 8 years later. The perfect ‘ending’ of this series. I’m so happy that although these two shapeshifters series have come to an end, there is already a new series (The Olympus pride) to discover and explore and that is just what I will do next.

I loved all the books of The Mercury Pack Series and it was amazing as others. I loved the beautiful Epilogue but it feels like I lost them all I mean now I won't be able to read anything on Mercury or Phoenix Pack. I feel hollow inside if you know what I mean.

I would've liked to read a story for willow and kye.... And of course the story of Cassidy and Cain. I wish the author thought about writing these additional stories.
