What an expensive waste of money.
The picture quality is awful. I had something similar 10 years ago. Back then the printed photos were poor and are still poor now. I should have gone with an unbranded version to start my son off, but wanted better quality prints. So disappointed.

How can I return this item after it has been used?
I ordered this camera for my granddaughter's birthday on the 3rd of October, 2019. It came quickly and she was very happy with it. However, within 2 months it stopped working totally and i just recently found out and got it back. It was an expensive gift. what can you do about this at Amazon? I have had many products through Amazon.ca and this is my first experience with total dissatisfaction.
