Got mine, and pretty sure it was a store return, few places where someone tried to hang previously, but it worked. The metal system that holds light to ceiling flush, was bent and weakened, so mine won't pull plus. Not worth the headache to exchange. It is bright, considerably brighter than what lowes or home depot has in stock for this size, and price much better considering the lumens.

Bright and low profile.Install is a bit of work, as expected.

The only difficulty is that there are two extra wires coming out of the unit with no explanation for their use. I presume that these would be for installing in a low voltage circuit, but who’s to know? The lights work fine if you just ignore the extra wires.

I purchased these lights due to the form factor (thin) and the ability to switch between the 3 different temperature/color settings. Both of these specific aspects did not disappoint and I was pleasantly surprised how bright the panels are. I am not planning to use the dimming function, but the wires are indeed there to dim assuming you have a 10V dimming circuit.The reason I did not give these 5 stars is that one of the panels was defective. It didn't immediately happen (which is why the panel passed the factory test), but failed after about 5-10 minutes. In fact, if you powered the unit off and waited a few minutes, it would work again for 5-10 minutes before failing again. I sent an email to the company and received a prompt email reply and a follow-up phone call. After explaining the issue to the customer-service rep (native-English speaker) and one of their engineers, they agreed that the unit was defective and needed replacing. I received the replacement within 3 days and now I have both panels working great.Given my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this product again.

Just love these. They are huge and very bright. The 3 settings are great -- warm with bright white walls looks super modern and makes the place pop. Home Depot and the like don't carry them so these are a find!

Lights are low profile, look great in the garage, and provide plenty of light. Very pleased. Installed on new construction. I used 4 lights on over size 2 car garage, and 2 lights on 1 Car garage.

Works great

The light is extremely difficult to mount to the brackets. You will need two people and ladders.After installing the light mount, the light is initially supported by two wires with wimpy clips. At this point the light hangs from the ceiling (and mount) while you prepare to slide into place When sliding the light onto the mount, you will NOT be able to see or tell if all brackets are connecting to hold in place. If you think it is okay and it is not there is a strong possibility the light will fall, putting weight on wires and wimpy clips; and the clips may open up and fall. This happened to us and we were still under the light and able to catch the fixture or it would have been a mess. However, the black wire ripped from the panel making it impossible to just try again.Emailed customer service, with description and photos; they responded within a day. Claimed no problem but they'd look into it and respond to our email. No response every received.We had already installed the ceiling mount and my husband purchased a 2nd just to get this done. If you do purchase recommend using zip tie around clip as a backup AND you will need two people to hold and slide onto mounts.At minimum expected a response as promised; replacement light would have negated need to warn others.
