Tried it on my PC and my TV, both sounded absolutely terrible. There was no bass and one headphone was louder than the other. It sucks because the cable itself looks decent and sturdy. Plugged my headphones back in without this cable, sounded just fine. Returning and shopping for some other brand.

I am satisfied with this cable. It works well, and is good quality. I don't intend to use it with a phone, but reading other comments I tested it anyway with both two ring and three ring headphone sets. All two ring headphones I have work fine. My original equipment android phone three ring set worked fine too (for sound), but one particular after market three ring set that I have didn't. I have another short cable I use at my computer that works fine with that same aftermarket set. So as others have found, your results may vary with the particular mix/match you have.

Have used Mediabridge cables and connectors for many of my audio needs for a few years now, and have yet to be disappointed. They have a configuration and/or length to suit most applications. Quality is good, and at a reasonable price point. This particular cable was purchased to connect the 3.5 outlet on an Echo Dot to a 3.5 male connector on a set of speakers on the other side of the room. Job done. Zero problems. Cheers.

Had bought a different brand about a year ago. Didn't last long. Decided to take the plunge with this Mediabridge brand. Could tell immediately that is was much better quality. Thicker casing, and much more solid connectors. I am very happy with the product. So much so that i purchased another one for my living room TV. And the sound was much more rich with the Mediabridge product. The 'other' brand did not carry the sound so clear. Just can't express the visual difference in the Mediabridge cable. Much thicker and solid. Great product.

Good 3.5 mm jack. I use this for my shotgun mic when filming with my Canon 6D. It is a great length for film, I can place the shotgun on a tripod and get right next to my subject when I'm filming with my 70-200 and want that awesome shot from 200mm away. Sticks into the camera port nice and does not slip out like a cheaper cable I had purchased used to. Highly recommend it.

Package arrived 6 days early, cable design surpassed all my expectations. Ordered one just to see the quality, and to see if it could be used with a Mic (I figured it could, but the item description clearly states that it does not). Happy to see that not only does it, but the sound quality is very great. Getting a second one so that I can use these with a headset as opposed to a wireless device. This review is for the 25 foot edition of this cable.

This is a quality product, which I would recommend.I had to return a GearIt audio extension cord because the female end did not provide a good "click" connection to the male audio jack of my speakers (or even to its own male end), which allowed the connection to slip and resulted in a loud hum at the speakers.This cord clicks tightly together and does what it is intended to do.

A wonderful extension cable for 3.5mm ends. Well made and the quality construction on the connectors are evident when you start to plug things in! I bought the 25' version but see myself getting one of the smaller ones as well! One wish list would be a carry bag for travel. This is perfect for pluging into a tv at a hotel on the road!! Highly recommend!
