These pills are a bit large but easy to swallow (especially if you’re already used to giant prenatal vitamins lol). I’ve been taking them in preparation for delivery and it definitely makes a difference in how ready my body feels! I’m confident each component is doing what it is designed to do. The overall experience of taking these supplements is easy, pleasant (because raspberry!) and effective. Definitely worth the money!

I started taking these about 36 1/2 weeks pregnant, I truly believe that these helped me with an easy delivery. I also drank the evening primrose tea twice a day & ate fruit nonstop. I had a natural/no epidural delivery, yes it was painful still but no tears/lacerations & I was up walking the same night! Labor was 9 1/2 hours with induction due to gestational hypertension, I believe if you go full term while taking these supplements (starting 36/37 weeks), it truly will help your cervix prepare for birth. Also took these postpartum.

I don’t know if this is maybe a placebo but I got this because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to be laboring for very long. I used this for my first child and I was in active labor for 3 hours and only pushed for 15 minutes! I also ate dates, pineapples and walked A TON so it could have been anything. I also want to add that it tasted like cardboard to me but it wasn’t that much of a problem. I would say get them! But I can’t promise that I delivered so quickly because of them.

Easy to take! My dr recommended a vitamin of this sort so I started on it. Baby girl came after two days of taking.

I loved these! Took them starting at 36 weeks and based on what the doctors told me at exams, I felt like they did their job at prepping my body if you know what I mean! I ended up having an emergency C-Section, but I think they would have been very helpful had I delivered differently. They are a good size, easy to swallow, and didn’t taste gross like a lot of other supplements. I’d recommend to my friends or anyone near the end of their pregnancy!

I used this, hoping it would help me towards my labor but it didn't do anything. Unfortunately, I will not recommend. Sorry!

Y'all...these were an absolute game changer!! I have never recommended something so much to so many people. Towards the end of my pregnancy, I was done with it. I was uncomfortable, tired, and just ready to have this kid out of me. Once I was in the safety zone and I double checked with my doctor that these were safe to take, I bought them and started taking them immediately. I swear within maybe 4 days of taking them, my water broke around late afternoon and I had my son at 8pm that same night. I continued to take them after I gave birth cause I didnt want them to go to waste and they were great vitamins as well! I cannot recommend these enough!!

Unfortunately this did not have a chance to improve labor as I went in at 39 weeks for a c section. I did start taking these are 32 weeks. At first I thought it helped lessen the cramps but I still ended up having Braxton Hicks for 2.5 weeks consistently.
