can you machine wash after they are ironed on?

Hello. It's better not to wash them in machine washing.

Can they be use on body?

I mean, technically, you can, HOWEVER you would need a body safe glue, not the glue that's on the crystals unless you are found of burns. If you are looking for something that is body safe, I would go with tattoo glitter glue with cheaper crystals, not a hotfix type crystal. The glue on these require heat akin to an iron to activate the glue on the back.

Can hotfix rhinestones be used with glue?

They can be used with glue on the nail art, but not on the clothes.
