We purchased the trampoline for our school last year and it has been brilliant for our school.Great quality and easy to assemble.We did encounter an issue with the bad weather we had an sadly our trampoline got blown around the garden and some of the poles got bent.I contacted Joy and explained the problem and she was absolutely brilliant and helped to replace the faulty parts and sent in record time so we can fix it for our children. Joy has excellent customer service and knowledge. Highly recommended!

I bought the 10 ft. trampoline for my kids around a year ago and really found it more solid and less complicated in assembly than another brand which I bought some time ago from somewhere else (which just survived couple of months at that time then got damaged). Couple of months ago I faced an issue with 2 of the trampoline lower poles due to some extreme weather conditions in the UK and sent the supplier who managed to sent me replacement poles free of charge which I immediately replaced and everything is back to normal now. This really went beyond our expectations.

Assembly was easy, even for one person. The tools provided with the set mean that no other tools are needed. The trampoline is sturdy and having the net safety cage around the edge if the frame, rather than tne edge of the bounce area means the whole 10ft of trampoline is available for activity. It also means that the trampoline cover supplied can actually be used, keeping the bounce area free from tree and associated debris. A ladder is provided for easy access to the trampoline, the frame is not unduly high in any event, and a tailored floor mat for shoes, etc. is also provided.The springs are fully concealed so there's no risk of injury and the support frame for the safety net is designed to provide an addtional level of support to the trampoline frame.The quality, ease of assembly and tools and equipment included validate the price point, and whilst there are cheaper 10ft trampolines around, you can't put a value on tbe peace if mind you get knowing your child is playing on something safely!Well worth the cost and highly recommended.

I did not like the quality and lack of strength of the materials that calls into question the safety and durability of the trampoline. I can only hope that the seller quickly delivers a stable and intact trampoline right away in its stead so I can change my review.

Fantastic trampoline! Well built and good quality. The fact the bouncing net is sewn directly onto the blue safety cover means it is virtually impossible to have a spring related injury. My daughter absolutely loves it and it must be the safest trampoline out there. Well worth paying the higher price for the peace of mind. We had one dodgy spring but we got a response within minutes form their customer service team and they sent out 4 more to be safe and we got them next day. Brilliant service

Excellent service, the wind took it over a few damaged poles which they replaced with no hassle. The trampoline is great, Properly secured now.

The trampoline is perfect for my two girls. It's sturdy, well made and seems a lot more expensive than it was.Our main reason for buying it, however, were the good reviews on the customer service. You never know when you'll need it, and we did after the recent storms. I cannot recommend this company enough. The email replies were super fast and efficient (I send an email at 9pm Friday night and had a reply when I woke up in the morning) and all further correspondence was the same. The lady who spoke with me (Joy) was absolutely lovely and she sorted my problem straight away. Parts of our trampoline frame was damaged in the storms and depite being willing to pay for replacements, they sent them out to me free of charge and really quickly. This type of customer service just doesn't happen these days. So don't hesitate to buy from this company- I have two very happy girls! 5 stars!
