Well written so easy to follow, written in layman's terms. I would recommend this for any counselling students

Great book just don’t like print to order as the margins are too tight. Not as nice as one printed by the publisher

For a core reading text book of this size it’s an easy read. The size could make it feel daunting to dive into but the way it is written is down-to-earth and the content extremely relatable.

Has supported me to conquer the 1st year of my course. Good book and recommended by a counsellor.Thank you.
