I'm a dude with long hair who usually has to auger the drains in my shower and tub a few times a year, because despite me pulling any hair I see out of the drain, it adds up over time. This lil $7 drain filter works GREAT, and has visibly stopped a nasty amount of hair from getting lost down the drain in the few weeks I've had it. HIGHLY recommend it. Suction power is the only downside - if you have a textured tub bottom or awkward sized tiles, it may need to be readjusted every so often. A small price to pay for stopping grody stuff from going down the drain.

This works great on a flat surface. Catches hair which is great.

I like that the drain catcher is wide enough to cover the drain and easy to clean however the suction quality is poor and does not suction at all which causes it to float above water.

These drain covers stay in place and do what they are made to do. The only issue I have with them is that it slows the drainage so water now pools in the shower when it did not before. I would recommend them. Just know water will drain slower once you put these over it.

Suction cups do not stick well so not catching much hair. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED 😞

These work great over my large round grated drain. My cat has "hunted" it repeatedly, so it comes up easy enough but stays in place while showering.
