I really believe that what we put in our bodies affects how our body functions and looks. Creams are fine as a temporary solution, but this supplement helps to heal your skin from the inside out. I am already seeing a difference in my son's skin.

These DO NOT WORK. I've seen reviews that say they've seen results from these pills in less than a week. BS Biotin takes at LEAST a month to show results if any and I've been taking 4-6 a day and haven't noticed one bit of difference in my skin actually made it worse (More Redness) Save your money. Ive been using Neutrogena Stress Control Face Wash and in 5 days my skin has already improved. And by time u do see any effects from these pills your out of them and have to buy more! Big Thumbs Down

These pills are seriously amazing. I thought maybe it had all these good reviews because people were offered an incentive for good reviews like some companies do, but no, this product is the real deal. I get body breakouts like clockwork every spring and fall and they take weeks and weeks to heal. Summer is almost over by the time I'm back to normal. I've become a pro at hiding it, but it gets a bit old after about 30 years. I started taking just one a day about 10 days ago, and the difference is shocking. Barely any marks left and I went out in a tank top 😃

Surprisingly this product actually does as it says. I’ve seen this on multiple platforms of my social media and was finally able to buy it and try it out and I’m surprised by the results as it actually did make my skins smoother and break out a lot lot less.Definitely recommend. Results have been seen on the 3rd day. Incredible!

I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin using these for the last week. I have been following the maximum/stubborn acne recommendations but will likely Drop to the smaller dose in another week or so.To preface my review, I have been going through a skin improvement regimen which is a combination of using vitamin C serum, niacinamide serum, and Azeleac acid. My skin was doing pretty well with that regimen however I added in a Curology custom ointment which included clindamycin and my skin started going crazy. I was breaking out worse than I was previously but it was obviously a purge breaking out versus the kind of breakouts I had been experiencing prior. I had very stubborn cystic acne and rarely had any small whiteheads. However I was suddenly experiencing 20 small new whiteheads all over my face daily. I was pretty confident it was a purging reaction so I stopped using my serum‘s and did just the curology ointment so as not to overwhelm my skin so much while it went through the purge. However I wanted to try the supplements to see if that curbed the purging any faster. I was super impressed by the ingredients in these supplements especially since many of the vitamins are vitamins that are good for general health anyway not just for skin care. I would say in the first three days of taking the supplements I noticed my new breakouts slowing down quite a bit and now about a week later I would say I am only getting one or two small whiteheads a day compared to 20 and they are healing much faster than before. I will definitely continue to take these supplements.I am sure my skin clearing up right now is also a combination of my serums and my curology ointment however I am definitely seeing more even skin tone and better texture overall as well. This is definitely been one of the best skin care additions I’ve made to my routine in several years and no question made my purging process end a lot faster.

I have only had this for a week and I have already seen such an improvement in my skin. I have only had to take one a day so far and keep following my normal skin care routine and these seem to clear up anything that my face wash wasn't getting deep enough to get.
