Would this fit the dji mini 3 pro?

Of course it it as per description I've had it on the sand on the beach no issues great wee case everything fits snug and clamps on case seal it well ... worth the money it's a very robust case

What’s the screw by the handle for?

It's an air vent mechanism you twist it open or shut it manages the amount of air that remains in the case when the case is closed this is a great case. Mini 2 batteries are fickle as we know they don't like extremes of Temps and the case is a master at keeping them temp regulated unlike the shoulder bag and batteries should never stay in the charging hub or drone when not being used and the case manages them perfectly

Does it hold the drone with the propellor guard on that comes with the flymore kit?

I purchased this for my husband and he confirms that you cannot put the drone in it with the propellor guard on.
